Best car wash I’ve seen in the UK! The service is always excellent and the attention to detail is amazing. Richard, who serves us, is very respectful, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. My car always looks spotless afterwards. Highly recommend this place if you want a proper professional car wash!

Not so great. Outside cleaned ok. Inside doesn’t look like they really cared. Dirty marks still on seats and inside of doors. Drivers seat wet when i went to get back in car. Overall quite disappointing. Unfortunately paid before getting in car and was in a rush to get home So didn’t question it. Won’t be returning. Basingstoke festival place car park.

The manager Richard (in Basingstoke) was very polite and kindly washed the car in a quicker time frame to accommodate me. He was professional and the car looks great (4*). I would highly recommend them

I had my Range Rover cleaned inside and out and polished at Wash, Shop & Go in the Harvey Centre, Harlow, and the results were incredible. The team did an absolutely amazing job, the car was spotless and honestly felt like stepping back into a brand-new vehicle. The attention to detail made such a difference and the service from the guys there was first class. Highly recommend Wash, Shop & Go if you want your car looking its absolute best!

I recently paid £30 for a valet at Wash Shop & Go and was very disappointed with the service. Despite paying for a proper interior clean, there is still a lot of mess left inside the car, including dirt and crumbs around the seats and console area. For the amount charged, I expected a much more thorough job. The staff were polite, but the quality of cleaning was nowhere near the standard advertised. Definitely not worth £30, and I won’t be returning or recommending this place. No option for zero rating

I thought I would get my wife’s car cleaned while getting some goods at the Maltings…..collecting in a dark parkade area you don’t see much and you have limited time to get to car and get out the parking once paid. Upon driving out into the sun I could see marks not cleaned on window and residue left on glass. The alloy wheels were absolutely shockingly cleaned, dirt left on many places including leaves that could have been picked out by the wiper arms. Definitely will not be using this service again!!! Comes to paying was another story. It says £25.30 and that’s the price the I was given. When I paid I see the price jumped to £30. For this money I could have got a much better service and at a better price. Be warned….do not use them
