Purchased a New Volvo XC40 Black Edition and i knew being black i wanted it to be correctly detailed as many dealerships just rush the wash before owners collect them, hence search the for a local mobile detailer. Found Valeting Direct called them had a great conversation with Glenn and discussed my needs, being the car brand new i went for a wash, clay bar, machine polish then wax and seal (I'm old school so like wax rather than ceramic) Gave me a price and time required to work on. From that call to Glenn, then Sarah in the office sending me the booking confirmation and Adam turning up to do the work was very straight forward. Adam is a very punctual, knowledgeable and just a genuine guy. He spent approx 5 hours on the car from start to finish and Im totally impressed with the transformation. Yes the car is brand new BUT i've noticed a massive difference in the finish, its a mirror with a deep wet gloss. I have no words other than Valeting Direct went above and beyond, even so Adam gave the car a quick hoover for me which was totally unexpected but appreciated. Rest assured they now have a loyal customer and i will be arranging a monthly maintenance with them to keep the car in the condition they presented my car back to me in. Plus their regular maintenance washes are near enough same price as going to one of those hand wash places who will wreck the car eventually. Valet Direct take pride and care in their work and they come to you !! So makes sense in my eyes to use them on all future washes of the my car. I know it will be looked after and cared for in their hands. (Few Pictures added , which show the finish but in person its impressive)

Excellent Service from Valeting Direct! I recently had my MGB fully valeted and ceramic coated by Valeting Direct, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The car looks absolutely stunning — the attention to detail was fantastic, and the ceramic coating has given it incredible protection and shine. The customer service was equally outstanding — professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work. I’ll definitely be using Valeting Direct again and highly recommend them to thanks Adam great job!anyone looking for top-quality car care.

I recently had my car machine polished by Adam and a ceramic coating added and was extremely pleased with the results. He arrived on time and worked very hard and I would not hesitate to recommend Valeting Direct to anyone else.

Highly recommended. Easy to book, got the company via a referral. Highly rated, Cars are back to factory colour! Really impressive - same price as a Tesco valet but 100 x better.

Adam has been round and done mine and my wife's car in the last couple of weeks. He's always on time and polite and friendly and has valeted our cars to a high standard so very pleased all round with the service provided. Great job Adam will be using you again in the future. Thank you

Had to find a new valet as my usual guy moved. First time using these guys and they did a great job with my car. She was spotless. Adam was right on time, bright and early and finished up so quick so I could get to work. It rained a few days later and the raindrops just rolled off my car. So pleased I’ve booked them again

Cole arrived on time, friendly professional service. Gave my poor old Micra 3.5hrs of his time to make it look amazing-inside and out! Was worth every penny. Can highly recommend.

I have been using Glenn's services for over 3 years and cant recommend him enough. I have referred my friends and family to him. Glenn is prompt and has an eye for detail which is brilliant. The fact I have to wait few weeks for new bookings just goes to show how good he is at his trade. If I could clone him I would!
