I have used Ultimate Finish (UF) in the past as they have a good range with competitive prices. A problem unfortunately arose with my most recent order. The fault did not lie with UF, but with the courier service. Essentially the handling by the courier caused the product to leak despite the careful packaging. When I informed UF of this they immediately sent out a replacement free of charge. This is excellent customer service for something that was not in essence their fault. I would have no hesitation in recommending UF.

I recently had the pleasure of using Ultimate Finish, as deem myself as a car enthusiast so purchased some Bigboi products – the WASHR DUO Pressing washer kit & the SUCKR PRO+ Wall Mounted Set, and I can confidently say their service was outstanding from beginning to end. Though I was unfortunate to have a few issues with both, Max Gilman, Ultimate Finish Customer Service Manager genuinely impressed me, as replacements were issued straight away and he kept me updated throughout the exchange process. Throughout my experience, I felt valued as a customer, as everything was managed with care and precision. Without hesitation, I would recommend Ultimate Finish to anyone seeking exceptional service. Customer Service from this company is awesome. I Purchased a BogBoi Jetwash 18 months ago which developed a leak. Unlike the many Karchers I have used over the last 15 / 20 years I had customer support to address the issue. U/F were fantastic. The responded to my issue quickly and repaired the machine at no cost and had it back to me the following week of returning the machine to them.

I have had a small issue with one of the goods I ordered from the Ultimate Finish online shop. I notified this immediately to the customer service and got immediately some technical support to try to fix this. A message was sent to me with attached pictures to show me how to sort this out. It did not work in the end and UF sent me a spare part that I got literally 2 days after. I am amazed of the trust and the efficiency that Max and his guys at the UF shop put in to get my kit to work. This is first class customer service guys. Keep pushing!

Superb company! Have used ultimate finish a few times now. Prices are good and delivery is fast. On my last order one of the items I purchased had leaked slightly. Contacted UF and had a response very swiftly. I provided some photos and issue was resolved very fast, I actually received a replacement the very next day! Always a good test of a company with how they deal with issues when they arise. I can't fault their service one bit. Very professional and trustworthy. I'll be ordering again very soon. 😎

Placed a couple of orders with ultimate finish. I received a faulty big boi blower so emailed them and they replied straight away and replaced it within days couldn’t ask for anything better. Great product range and great prices l will be ordering again soon
