After someone did a hit and run on my car yesterday I was left very annoyed with the rear arch being damaged, luckily there were no dents, but the scratches were quite big and deep and the lacquer popped slightly. After cleaning it up and removing the paint transfer I could see I was left with a few options, either get it fully repainted and blended in with the bumper or seek expert advice to see if there was a way of wet sanding and polishing it to remove as much damage as possible whilst leaving the car in as near perfect condition as possible. As this is a 10yr old car the latter was the best option so I could be sure the car was as original as possible. After asking on a few detailing pages Gavin reached out to me as we were local and in less than 24hrs Gavin viewed the car and gave me the option of getting the car as near to pre-damaged as possible by means of wet sanding and correcting/polishing the damage at a very good and fair price. I hope my images show the great results he achieved on the car today as it genuinely has made it look good again, obviously there are some signs of the damage still (which can not be rectified without painting), but overall it looks great and acceptable for a car of its age and usage. Gavin was a pleasure to meet, deal with and was very polite, professional and knowledgable. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a genuine, professional detailer who knows their stuff and take pride in their work and results. Thanks again for coming out so fast and making the car look good again for us as at minimal cost. * Communication - 5* * Punctuality - 5* * Politeness - 5* * Knowledge - 5* * Professionalism - 5* * Price - 5* Thanks again Carl

I’ve used Gavin a few times for both maintenance washes and a full ceramic coating which I highly recommend. Gavin’s passion for every task is obvious, as he is the epitome of the word ‘detailer’. If you want someone that cares as much about your car care as you do, I recommend Gavin at Pure Care Care.
