WHEEL DAMAGE DO NOT USE! Needed a tyre fitting to a wheel on my Porsche Macan, Diamond Cut wheel, wouldn’t use a random garage usually but it’s a straight fit a tyre on a wheel off the car, they gouged the edge of the rim when fitting the tyre and claimed it was pre-existing damage. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE AMATEURS!!

We went to this car wash today and paid for a mini valet which was £20, then they charged us an extra £5 because I had spilled a drink in the car, which we didn’t argue about and just paid £25 in total. Honestly, the service was really poor for what we paid. The exterior wasn’t cleaned properly at all and there are still visible bits and marks left on the car. Inside wasn’t much better either, the door shuts weren’t cleaned properly and the dashboard was still dirty, even though both of those are meant to be included in the mini valet service. They also didn’t provide an air freshener, which is also part of what we paid for. Overall, it just felt like a rushed and careless job and definitely not worth the money we paid.

I went to this place. They left marks all over my car. However, I went back. I told them look does marks around my car. They thoroughly watched it and cleaned it and apologised. So I'm changing my review from one start to 5 star. Thank you guys.

My first time using this company and they left marks with their chemicals and didn’t do a top job. I nearly drove back when I noticed these things but it was too far. Will not be using them again.

1st time at this car wash very good experience best thing was that they had a waiting room which was lovely and warm so you don't need to wait outside in the cold!! They also provide hot drinks ! Prices are very reasonable too and they did a very good job of cleaning the car. Would defo recommend this place

Washed and mini valeted our Renault Clio beautifully, it looked and smelt great, used them a long time ago when I had my last car, and was impressed by how well they still clean cars. Will definitely continue to use them to have my car washed/valeted . Nice warm waiting room as well which is a bonus this time of year! 10/10.

Not sure what they used to clean the hard services in the inside but it was very smudged and to be fair looked worse... had to wipe it down myself, the outside looked ok but little patches missed and a £15 valet took one hour! Floor was also very sloppy and slick with oily residue so be careful when walking and standing. They also went through my stuff, got annoyed that there were things in my boot (a box of emergency breakdown things, I did say dont worry about the boot its clean) and then they threw stuff on the floor that they deemed rubbish... one of which was a Starbucks reusable cup which was not rubbish and a few bottles of things which were in my boot which had small amounts of fluid in. These consisted of coolant concentrate (enough for a breakdown) oil (enough to top up in a low oil situation) and wd40 professional spray which did have some left in. Wasnt too happy... three stars may be too good as a same price elsewhere would of been more efficient and better. Now I have completed this I am lowering it to 2 stars... my hunt for a good mini valet in oldbury continues.
