Booked the platinum package for today costing £55. They looked in my car and then asked for me to move the cars around to get his van on the drive, which I did. As I got out the car he said my car was too dirty and the price would now be £80. My car was not too dirty and just required a wash and vac. Very frustrating as they should honour their prices on the website and not try to change it as they feel. Ended up spending half an hour doing it myself and it turned out great 👍 shame I had to give 1 start because it should have been none.

Had amazing service from Daniel today, super friendly and did such an amazing job on my car, it was full of mould but now looks so fresh! Thanks so much Daniel!

Came to workplace to valet car had the 'platinum package' £40 for a medium sized car, everything was hoovered, steam cleaned in and out, deep clean of all interior, wheels and leather dressed ,looked amazing ,would definitely use again 10/10

Seriously if you are looking for a mobile valeting service these guys are the people you should be booking with! I returned from a weekend away and had had 3 dirty dogs in the back of the car which obviously resulted in the classic wet dog smell. I rang them on the Monday and they visited my work on the Tuesday. I went for the platinum service and within 2.5 hours my car looked better than it did when it was delivered. Also the wet dog smell was gone and replaced by the smell of cherries. I am often left disappointed with so many valets however there is not one thing I could fault with these guys. They were so friendly and clearly put their everything into what they do. 4 days later and the car is still shining, not sure it it has something to do the steam method of valeting but throughly impressed. Their prices are SO reasonable (£45) for the level of service you receive. I will be booking again and recommending your service. Thank you! Hayley

Guhlam arrived today and was super polite and didn't waste anytime getting down to work. (before and after pics of seats included) The process was simple and he had everything he needs no asking for water or anything like the last people I used. I had the Platinum Package which was £45 and included a steam/sterilisation of seats. My seats are fabric and where heavily soiled as I brought the car from a fleet for a construction company. Suffice to say that Ghulam did a great job and got all the stains and grime out of the fabric (before and after pics of seats included). The best thing is, you can get straight into the car and go as the seats are dry straight away. Car was gleaming and was fresh inside and out. Will deffo use again.
