Over priced and poor quality. Kindly stay away from this detailer if you want to keep your dream car in good condition. This is the second time I am posting this review. I had a bad experience with this detailer and posted a review earlier. After that they contacted me when seeing my review and requested to delete review. offered me cash back but I refused. Then I accepted their apologies without taking back any cash offers( only because they told their situation, new starters, and personal problems). I contacted them last week for a maintenance wash . They first answered for my message and then frequently ignored my calls and messages for confirming a time. This is really a terrible experience. Ceramic coating experience- I had my car ceramic coated and collected on Monday (13/5/24)and it was a disappointing experience. The service was overpriced and left scratches that weren't there before, I found the scratches in few days and contacted them. But unfortunately they ignored my concern. I expected high-quality work for the cost, but received poor results and unhelpful customer service. it was a terrible experience. They significantly overcharged me, manipulating both the amount and work done. I will attach the screenshots. One stage machine polish-£300 2 coat ceramic coating-£190 Interior& center console detailing- they cleaned interiors, center console and door handles not cleaned (Reason- machine not working) Windscreen coating offered as free At the time of collection even the small surface scratch/marks are still visible and they said it won't disappear. I asked them to buff once again in-front of me and got better result. They manipulated the work and cost initially, they told me all this costs £720 and then they told £850. anyway offered discount price of £465 because of new starters , but it mentioned in their website clearly that £300 for 3 COAT of ceramic coating and exhaust tip will polishing will be covered under one stage polishing. At the time of collection i raised my concern about the website description and they told it's all mistake in website. Finally I paid £400 for polishing and ceramic coating where £65 reduced because interior is not done. I accepted all this, but found scratches yesterday after rain and totally disappointed with service and customer care. I don't recommend them to anyone. Please check all the attached photos.

Very pleasant experience with the two young men who own the business. Took my c class in and couldn’t be happier with the signature valet and opted in to the maintenance package to upkeep my car.

Came and drop the car in a bad state and the cars come out brand new would 100% recommend them good service

The most professional guys in Kent when it comes to detailing. Had my headlights polished from a bad state and they did it quickly, effectively and professionally! I would highly recommend.

I took my car to HITEK for detailing and machine polish, from start to finish the experience was 5 stars. The staff were excellent and made the experience very easy for me and my car came back looking brand new.
