My 10 year old Suzuki Swift had a face lift today, starting 2026 with a sparkle. My little Suzui works very hard carrying horse feed, hay & straw etc at all times of year around the North Downs. Massive thank you to Eron & everyone at Auto Spa Wincheap Canterbury for transforming my very grubby road stained Suzuki into this super sparkly motor inside & out. A well priced fantastic makeover, thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service at Auto Spa Car Wash Canterbury! From the moment I arrived, the team was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. My car was in serious need of a clean, and they completely transformed it — the exterior is spotless and shining, and the interior looks and smells brand new. The attention to detail really stood out, especially in the finishing touches. They didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was done to a high standard. Have used them a couple times now for the family car and my own personal run around. Always an excellent service and friendly customer service. Both cars always come out looking great both inside and out! Pure water really does make a difference, as does the wax. Great value for money, doesn’t take too long or feel like it’s rushed and in a decent location. No complaints and will continue to use and recommend to friends/family.

This Company did a full valet in January. I left the car there and they phoned a couple of hours later to inform me it was complete but advised me that the car needed to dry out so best if I came to collect in an hour or so. When I arrived the car looked fantastic and the car was running with the heating on full blast. Initially I was really pleased as the car needed a good clean but then I realised that the passenger weight sensor was always on. My garage said this was a common problem caused by water. I went back to the valet company and explained. They denied any responsibility. I said I would leave it longer to see if it made an difference. After 4 weeks and driving with heat at full blast and the use of a hair dryer it did eventually dry out and the sensor is working fine. In my opinion if you take a car for a valet the valet company have a duty of care and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they cannot exclude liability if they failed to exercise reasonable care and skill. The car had no prior fault.

Very impressed personally as it's been open some time but I decided on the off chance to try it out. High pressure wash all over the car then an application of what I assume is a polymer to retard water, then a rewash which showed the water beading off nicely, then a shammy leather or equivalent and finally some compressed air to clear the last remaining water. Door shuts opened and wiped clean. All in all an efficient operation, easily accessible from Simmonds Road off Wincheap in what was Deimos (serviced offices) next to the Maiden's Head Pub! Card payment accepted phone to phone. I was asked if I wanted both external and internal cleaning I chose exterior only, and was charged the displayed £18 rate.

There is genuinely nowhere else I’d go for car care. Every single time, my car leaves looking – and feeling – brand new. It’s like driving it out of the showroom all over again. ✨ The team are always so polite, friendly and welcoming – nothing is too much trouble. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, and it shows in the finish. And the prices? Honestly a steal for the quality of service you get. Exceptional value and exceptional results. Please, please open a branch in Wiltshire… otherwise I’ll just have to keep “popping” to Canterbury to visit my parents purely for the car wash (which I’m sure they won’t mind… eventually 😉).

I usually wash and detail my own cars, but due to the ongoing 6-month hosepipe ban, I decided to try Auto Spa. The first time I went, I brought my BMW, and they did a very good job. As someone with fairly finicky standards, and knowing what a typical "scratch and shine" service is like, I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The second time, I brought in my other car which is usually off the road at this time of year. However, following an event booking, I needed to get the car prepared quickly. I decided to use Auto Spa again. This time, I wasn't as impressed. When I got home, I noticed wax residue still on every panel, which meant I had to spend about 45 minutes removing it and reapplying the wax myself. Since it was mainly a quick exterior wash that I needed, I wasn't too bothered by this. However, as I inspected the car more closely, I unfortunately noticed that some paint had been removed. Now, it's a 36-year-old car, so I fully understand the risks involved. However, from experience, I believe this paint damage resulted from the pressure washer being used too close to the paintwork. On older cars, this can easily strip the paint, something I know from experience! I didn’t want to leave a 1- or 2-star review, because it’s clear they are a hardworking business, and the staff are always friendly and professional. I also sympathise that due to it being an older car, I can't proportion all of the blame to them. This is more of a word of caution, both for the employees and anyone thinking of bringing in an older vehicle.
