Chris undertook a full valet on our VW Tiguan which was due back at the end of its lease period. From the very start we were clear that he had such a wealth of experience and knowledge that our car was in good hands. 9 hours later and it was sparkling like it had just rolled off the production line again. Chris worked relentlessly and clearly has a huge passion for all things car, but also an extremely strong work ethic. Absolutely no cutting corners or taking short cuts he goes above and beyond to deliver fantastic customer service and is 100% worth every penny. He also shared valuable information about the perils of using local car wash facilities which we weren’t aware of before and have now committed to never visit one again! We would highly recommend his services and will be calling on him again in the future. Thanks Chris!

Chris did an absolutely amazing job of cleaning my car. Unfortunately we have a tree over our parking spaces which means we got bombarded with a lot of bird poo. Chris did a wonderful job of getting the car looking like new again! At each stage of the clean Chris explained to me what he was doing and why, I really appreciated this and also appreciated his professional advice on cleaning my car. I would 100% without a doubt recommend First Impression Auto Valeting to anyone looking to get their car cleaned. I can honestly say my car has never had that much of a thorough clean! Chris did a perfect job cleaning my Z4 ready for sale. My car was stunning by the time Chris finished it and it sold straight away. I can now appreciate the difference that a proper professional valet can make so looking to get Chris to clean my new Macan regularly to keep that looking amazing too. Chris is a very nice friendly guy and he’s passionate about what he does. Would highly recommend.

Every seat carpet and surface looked refreshed and spotless. The exterior had a showroom shine with incredible attention to detail that really made the car stand out.
