I have been using finest car valeting for years and they are the best car wash in Wokingham. Staff are always friendly! Highly recommend.

I work with many car washes in the Wokingham area and can honestly say this is one of the best. They have deep knowledge of car care, and work fast in all conditions. Big shout out to Lil and Marian for looking after my cars and their teams hard work. This is not an easy job, but they work extremely hard and professionally to ensure the small details that others might over look are cared for. I recommend you come here if you are looking for a good car wash at a good price!

Jet wash stripped the paint off my door. I pointed it out but they said it wasn't thier fault??? Whilst I can't say there wasn't a flaw in paint, (I don't believe there was), it would have been a small chip that needed touching up and they should not have blasted it. Instead I now have a 1.5" - 2" paint stripped section on my door.

I wouldn't call yourself "Finest Valeting" when the valet was far from finest. My car was not cleaned properly, and on top of that the lady drying my car couldn't reach the roof, so she decided to open the door and stand on the the car door sill and with her other foot stood on my leather seat, leaving a muddy shoe print. God knows why that was necessary! (see image with circled mud print). I asked for a outside only clean, so it seems like they don' t care how dirty they make the inside of your car if they're not cleaning it. If your staff members can't reach the roof of the car then invest in stools. They're not expensive. I would avoid this place if you care about your car.

Arrived with enough money to cover Option 2 Valet. The man said it would be £13 more than usual because my car was dirty?? Before I could refuse the price, he walked away and continued to ignore me. I then couldn’t leave because I was trapped by other vehicles behind and to my sides, so I felt pressured into accepting the £35 price for a basic clean, although it’s now not even properly clean. My neighbour had the same issue with price and I would never use again.

Amazing service, had scraped the side of my car that left and dent and mark, they managed to get the worst of the make off! Is such a handy location and the workers, work really hard in all weather conditions! Is a popular valet and so gets very busy and can be a bit of a wait but well worth the value for the job that gets done! It’s the only place I use when I want my car cleaned.

Excellent wash but check vehicle before and after. My window trim was damaged which they disputed, but still gave a full refund. Make of that what you will.

Not bad service.. I had to personally notice them the stains on the glass. But they listened and cleaned those well anyway.
