Five star service from start to finish. My car was valeted inside and out and came back looking brand new. The whole process was professional throughout, and communication was excellent. I always knew what was happening and when. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-quality valet in Exeter.

Can’t understate how good the service from Jack and Zoe was. They came out to my house and completely transformed my Mercedes, which was absolutely filthy from motorway driving and full of dog hair and mess from having two dogs regularly in the car. They worked tirelessly for over three hours, and when they finished, the car genuinely looked brand new, like the day I picked it up from the showroom, both inside and out. Beyond the fantastic standard of their work, they’re genuinely friendly, down to earth people who clearly take great pride in what they do. They’ve definitely earned a repeat customer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality valet or detailing service.

Jack did an amazing job cleaning the car inside and out for a lease return. It was spotless when done. Very diligent, Jack explained what he was doing and any issues he picked up, he gave solutions to if they were able to be corrected. The car looked straight out of a show room when he finished! Would recommend without any hesitation.

I first called Jack & Zoe regarding our new "keeper" car for which we were considering a ceramic coating. I happened to call whilst they were in the middle of Barcelona on honeymoon and despite this Jack still continued to explain the various options and the benefits vs cost open to us with professionalism and care geared to our needs . I was considerate enough to wait until they returned to book our car in 😃. Subsequently Jack & Zoe came around yesterday and Valeted and coated our car exterior. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic with the guys both willing and keen to explain what they were doing and why and how they obtain the fantastic results they achieved. We could not be more pleased with the end product and the advice we received as to how to maintain the beautiful results in the future. We are new to this and we searched the Internet locally and were quoted 2 and 3 times the cost by different companies before settling on Exeter Valeting. Thank goodness and Jack & Zoe that we didn't get talked into paying over £1000 for something we did not need. We felt assured that in dealing with this company our needs were considered at all times from start to finish. The results are so good that we will be returning to Exeter Valeting on a more regular basis for occasional cleaning and Valeting. Thank you for such a positive experience yesterday guys , it was a pleasure doing business with you both. Graham & Ann

What can I say that hasn't been said by other people before? Jack and Zoe are absolute professionals and made the car look phenomenal with ceramic coating. And they gave me loads of time to explain there progress before, and afterwards even more time to explain aftercare. I couldn't recommend these two enough. Straight down to earth people, too. 6/5.
