After receiving my new car, I wanted to make sure it was properly protected throughout the lease period. James had spoken many times about his Sonax four year ceramic coating, and I decided it was exactly what I needed. We arranged a convenient date for me to drop the car off in Exeter for the day so James could work his magic. Once complete, the paintwork absolutely pops. Even though the car is white, you can clearly see more depth and detail in the finish, and it already feels far easier to keep clean. I cannot recommend James highly enough for the quality of his work, the service he provides, and the value for money. Outstanding from start to finish.

I recently had my car valeted by JJ Mobile Valeting, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the result. After a couple of years of family life, three kids, a dog, school runs, trips, and long journeys, the car had definitely seen better days. It had gone from that “fresh out of the showroom” feeling to something a lot more lived in, and it really needed a proper reset inside and out. James did an incredible job. The transformation was genuinely surprising. The interior was spotless; you wouldn’t have known it had ever been used by a family. All the marks, mess, and wear from day-to-day life were completely gone. The exterior was just as impressive, with a flawless finish that really stood out, especially in the sunlight. He even added a protective coat, which was a great extra touch. The difference was immediate, not just visually, but in how it felt getting back into the car. In fact, I had friends comment on how clean it was the very next time I used it, which says a lot considering they’d seen it before. What really stands out is the attention to detail and the pride in the work. The finish is genuinely second to none. I had my car cleaned by James yesterday afternoon and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish.My car looks incredibly clean—like it’s just come out of a showroom. Every single detail was taken care of, from the interior to the exterior, and nothing was overlooked. The inside smells so fresh, which makes such a difference when driving. Everything looks lush, polished, and professionally finished. On top of that, the convenience of James coming to me made the whole experience even better. Excellent communication and updates right through from initial enquiries to completion of the job. A thoroughly fantastic full valet on my 198,000 mile 2011 ix35 bringing it back to (almost) new! Highly recommend JJ Valeting and would definitely use James again. Very happy thank you.

Great Service from James at JJ Mobile Valeting. Fab communication beforehand advising of arrival time and turned up on time also. A great job done both inside and out of the car. It's the cleanest its ever been! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

JJ Mobile Valeting came to clean my VW Transporter, Black Beauty. He was here all day taking great detail and pride in his work to make sure everything was perfect. He cleaned the inside (which needed it, Sorry James), the headliners, dash, seats, sides, engine bay. She now looks brand new and sporting a 6 month protective ceramic coating. Amazing job, thank you. If James will accept his mission I will be having him back after festival season is over.
