We purchased an Audi S3 from this garage a few months ago and, shortly after getting it home, noticed the clutch was slipping under hard driving. It had been easy to miss on the test drive, and I'm confident the issue wasn't known to them at the time of sale. Within two hours of calling, they confirmed they would replace the clutch at no charge. They took the car back within the week and returned it to us the following week with a new clutch fitted. Throughout the whole process I never had to chase anyone, and I never had to prove the fault — though the wear was evident once they had the gearbox apart. The level of service during the repair was every bit as good as it had been when we bought the car. We were kept informed, treated as a priority, and the whole thing was entirely stress-free. They also gave us the opportunity to add some extra work and uprated parts while everything was already stripped down. The car has run flawlessly since we got it back. I would return to this garage without hesitation, and would encourage anyone to buy from them with confidence — not just because of the quality of their cars, but because you know that if something does go wrong, they'll simply put it right.

I'm currently having a coffee; gazing upon the beauty that is my new (new to me) car. It's hard to come by a consultative sales experience nowadays. I've been in sales for about 15 years now and I think that when it's done right, it's memorable. That's how I experienced the purchase of my car. Tom was patient, knowledgeable and caring. I'd happily do business with Carscierge again. I don't think I've given a 5 star review, ever. It's well deserved though. I arrived home after driving for 2.5 hours and there were no issues at all. Only an interior light and the front parking sensor having a bit of a bad day. I reached out to Tom and he said they'd sort it out for me, no qualms at all. That's the sort of service you want when you make such a big purchase. You know you've bought the right car when you keep turning around to look back at it every time to lock it and walk away. Just brought my golf gti from these guys not a bad word to say about them, Tom was great made the whole experience easy and enjoyable and was very transparent with me which says a lot in this day and age. I recently bought a Discovery 4 and although Carscierge were only facilitating the sale, they were extremely helpful, open and honest about the car. Any issues or areas for concern were communicated up front and before I had a chance to ask ! I sold them my previous car and they offered a very good price. Recently bought an Audi A6 allroad from Carscierge. From the initial contact with Ollie he was prompt in responding to my questions regarding the car.After answering my questions we arranged a video call to do a video walk around the car. Ollie called on time & was polite, friendly & informative, he kept me updated through the purchase of the car right down to delivery. The car was exactly as described & in excellent condition & delivered by Tom who was also friendly & had great knowledge of the car & sorted out all of the paperwork for me,.It arrived on time as arrived in their state of the art covered trailer to keep it clean on delivery. Absolutely delighted with my new car. I have spent a few months looking for an A6 Allroad, many of the cars I looked at were not quite as described, had poor MOT history or not the correct specifications that I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Carscierge & will be keeping their details for the next time I look to changing my vehicle.

I took delivery of a beautiful Range Rover l405 SDv8 today and the experience with Carscierge has been excellent. From initial test drive to delivery they have been professional and accommodating. The car was in immaculate condition considering its age. Tom delivered my car today in there new enclosed trailer which was amazing considering the distance he travelled and the typical British weather. Would highly recommend buying a car from them !
