My 2014 car looks brand new thanks to the excellent work Richard applied by top up of Getechnic material to the paintwork, Richard also maintains the condition of the soft top and interior leather work. I am very pleased with the workmanship of Richard and cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had an excellent experience with Auto Car Detailing in Shrewsbury from start to finish. From the very first contact, communication was clear, prompt and friendly, answering all my questions and keeping me in the loop about scheduling — you genuinely feel like they care about the process and your car. When I dropped my vehicle off, Richard treated it with genuine respect and care — not just another job on the list, but a car he really cared about protecting. Knowing ACD are an accredited detailing centre with over 20 years’ experience gave me extra confidence in their work. Throughout the job, I was updated regularly with images and short videos of the progress — it was reassuring to see before/after shots and details of the protection layers being applied. It made the whole service feel transparent and professional. Communication like that is rare and really appreciated. One big advantage that stood out was that they provided me with a courtesy car while my car was in for detailing and PPF — something that none of the other five places I called offered. This made the whole experience much more convenient and stress-free. On collecting the car, the difference was night and day. The paint beaded like a dream in the rain and even at motorway speeds the mirrors and glass stayed clear and water-free — exactly what you want from quality protection. The PPF was applied very cleanly with only a couple of tiny air bubbles that will soon settle. Overall, I was really impressed with the professionalism and trustworthiness of Richard, take genuine care of your car, and you can trust him wholeheartedly to do the job right. Would definitely recommend to anyone serious about protecting their vehicle.

Really pleased with the outcome of my reconditioned diamond cut wheels. A lot of care and attention has gone into their work and was done at a reasonable price. I was also really happy with the customer service that I got as they kept me informed on the progress. They weren’t easy wheels to do and very expensive Wheels that they have to get right. The outcome was a really good job. Thank you

Excellent Service by Richard at ACD, booked in for a new car detail and picked up 3 days later car looks stunning, minor factory paint defects removed and up to 5 years protection from the Ceramic Coating, Very Pleased with the End Result would highly recommend A+++++ 👍🏻

Went here to get some stains removed from my blue Mini Cooper interior roof lining.. Amazing job, it’s like it was never there! Friendly service too. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Richard at ACD for undertaking your vehicle detailing needs. I had the gold package ceramic coating treatment and calipers/wheel hubs painted. I was truly amazed by the finished result. Richard prides himself in his work skills and gives attention to detail that is second to none. Top man!!.

I took my recently purchased Porsche after a firm recommendation. I have been unhappy with the paint work since the first day from the dealership who applied a ceramic coating, swirl marks, holograms it was awful close up and in sunlight. Collected my car today and WOW, I was stunned it’s absolutely perfect (and I am very fussy). Lesson learnt here for me was if you want to look after your investment use a known and trusted detailer with experience, do it once and properly!! Richard I can’t thank you enough, cracking Job and nice dealing with you. Wish I could have given more stars but the max is 5!

I've been using Richard for a good few years now with different cars. every time they come out looking fantastic. I had a winter detail carried out on my 1 series recently and additionally had some film fitted to some splash areas. Also caught my wheel not long after 🤦 Richard arranged to sort that for me too. highly recommended, gives excellent advice on vehicle care and takes pride in his work.
