James fixed a dent / scratch on the side of my car and went above and beyond in giving great customer service. He was really communicative and even fitted replacement front grilles for no extra charge as i was unable to replace them after they had broken I cannot recommend him enough - great to have someone like that locally Thanks James 🙂

James is the man! I contacted James about a month ago for a New Car Package. Interior and exterior clean as well as full machine polish and ceramic coating. I also made a special request regarding a previous bumper repair, some scratch damage and fitting some new floor mats. James was very accommodating of my requests and explained to me the processes of sorting the issues on my arrival. Communication was top tier, providing updates as the work was carried out and finished the job to an incredibly high standard. We opted to upgrade the ceramic coating to the 3 year package as this is a long term owner vehicle. Upon collection, James walked me round the car and explained the work carried out and took the time to explain maintenance moving forward and spoke through products he uses and how to keep it looking pristine. Overall, considerably happy with my experience at Zero Boundaries and highly recommend to anyone after detailing work. I will be returning again in the future, it has been refreshing to meet a passionate professional after consecutive bad experiences elsewhere. Thanks again!

Took my Vehicle to James for a single stage paint enhancement, ceramic coating, and deep clean of the interior. James was fantastic throughout with vast knowledge of the products he uses and what services are best suited for you and your vehicle. Never trying to sell you unwarranted work or products you don’t need. Communication was fantastic throughout with regular updates on the work carried out, which was finished to an impeccably high standard. I highly recommend Zero Boundaries for any detailing work on your vehicle and will be returning in the future for any further work.

I've taken my current and previous BMW M4 Competition cars to James many times over the last 3 or 4 years and he always does a great job, providing a full valet, polish, etc of the interior and exterior, including wheels. He's very professional, reliable and efficient and provides an all-round excellent service. He is also very trustworthy and is probably the only person I'd be prepared to leave my brand new M4 with for the day! James has also ceramic-coated my current car when it was only a day old, after I picked it up from my local BMW dealership. Again, I was very pleased with the results and it was significantly cheaper than having it done by BMW.

I called James to enquire about paint correction and ceramic coating for my new (used) car as it had a few light scratches and a lot of swirling. James suggested I bring the car down for him to look at it. I did that the same day, James spent a while checking paint thickness and talking me through all the options. He gave really great advice and didn't try to sell anything I didn't really need. We settled on a single stage paint correction and the 5 year ceramic coating. Car was booked in and dropped off. I stepped into the taxi I had booked, and before I had even sat down a can of monster exploded! The taxi was a mess! Seats, doors, carpets, ceiling, it went everywhere. James kindly helped diffuse the situation and cleaned up the mess. I honestly thought the taxi driver was gong to kill me to start with! Due to some of the scratches James suggested the multi stage paint correction would be beneficial as the single stage wasn't quite taking them out and asked if I wanted that done. It was an extra £100 but based on James's recommendation decided to go ahead with the extra work. He explained the process and why it would be beneficial. I had the soft top treated at the same time. I collected the car, and WOW! The work was incredible. The paint looked better than new and I could see my car was in-fact crystal pearl white, not just the slightly metallic white I had thought it was. The whole process from start to finish was handled brilliantly! The work done to my car is nothing short of amazing! I can not recommend Zero Boundaries Detailing enough!
