Very disappointing experience. We made a booking for our vehicle to be valeted, but the appointment was cancelled twice by the company. The first cancellation was due to an issue on their side, so we agreed to reschedule. However, when the rearranged appointment came around, it was cancelled again because they claimed it was too hot. This was for an early morning appointment at around 8:00 AM, when the temperature was only around 20–22°C, and the vehicle was parked in a shaded area. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of communication. When we tried calling to discuss the cancellation, our calls went unanswered. We only received a message afterwards asking if we would like to rearrange the appointment again. After having our booking cancelled twice and struggling to get hold of anyone by phone, we lost confidence in the reliability of the service. We had arranged our time around the appointment and were left disappointed by the poor communication and lack of dependability. As a result, we decided not to proceed with the service and asked them not to rebook again. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

Great service! I’m returning my car after a 3 year lease and wanted it thoroughly cleaned inside & out. Gary has done a fabulous job and I’m very happy with how the car now looks.

Gary done an excellent job on our car, cleaned inside and outside to a very high standard, car looks and smells like new. I would recommend him to anyone who asks would give ten stars if possible. Very professional and curteous.

Gary did such a great job on my car that I hardly recognised it when I collected it later. Today it raining but you can tell the level of polish and protection on the car paintwork is second to none. Throughly recommend Gary to give your car a new lease of life.

Brilliant service would give more than 5⭐️ if could. Brilliant communication replied to messages straight away. Turned up on time and done a great job. Valeted my lease car ready for going back to the lease company. Would definitely use again and would recommend to friends and family.
