Made 9am appointment to have the most expensive package done. When I got there it was all locked up. Phoned them but no answer, waited 10 minutes outside. In the end me and my lift left. I'm home and get a call from them asking me to come back. I wasn't going to do that after that start. I'm glad in away I was in two minds about going there in the first place. The company doesn't add up. You do your research and see what you think.......... Second Response: Update after Xavier comment below: When I made the appointment last week you did not ask for a deposit if you had I would off paid it. If you had asked and I didn't pay I definitely would not go to all the trouble to go to your place with a friend for a lift back home if I had no appointment with you . I phoned you again from outside your yard and got no answer, so I left a message on your answer machine explaining the situation and said I would wait another 10 minutes. About 30 minutes after you phoned me asking me to come back down I turned you down and told you I would go elsewhere, I was still pleasant with you and so was you. I can leave a review because I have dealt with your company and the service I got. Also now with the lies you have left in your reply to my review.............................. Third Response: I've been holding onto this bit of proof who is telling the truth in case of Lies. This is a screenshot of a text I got from Xavier just before he called me to come back and how sorry he was ect. This is done for me now! Last update. Xavier deleted all it's comments about how I was telling lies ect, after I added screen shots off there text to me on here. Proving there comments were all lies and I told the truth.

Best detailing place I’ve taken my car too. The spark my car has after the clean is unbelievably remarkable. To top this off, the service provided was top notch ! Great work.

Took my car to these guys and the service was second to none. If you want ur paint shining like it’s come straight out of the showroom definitely get yourself down here!

Got recommended from a friend to use these guys and was told I wouldn’t be disappointed and i wasn’t disappointed at all from the very start to the end these guys were very friendly service was spot on and the finish on my car was perfect will 💯 use again and will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Absolutely amazing, with how Xavier Detailing, transformed my Van, the attention to detail was just beyond words, they over delivered with the great, and awesome work, and service which they provided. I had been referred by a friend to check these guys out and I was not disappointed. I booked my vehicle in for some detailing work doing. I was very impressed, good finish on the end result. The lads were very professional and explained the different packages for me. This is just what Wakefield needs a good detailing place. Will definitely use again in the future.
