Just witnessed a really concerning incident at WashMe on 29/04/26 at around 8:50pm. Two members of staff were acting in an aggressive and confrontational way towards a customer. One was a young man with brown hair wearing a WashMe company branded hoodie. The other was wearing a leather jacket, had long black hair and face piercings. They were standing over the customer’s car and telling them to get out of the vehicle for a fight. The customer did not appear to be threatening in any way and was clearly refusing to leave the vehicle for their own safety. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable, regardless of the situation. Customers should feel safe and treated with respect, and this reflected very poorly on the business. I have been using WashMe for years and have always recommended it to others. However, after witnessing this, I will no longer be recommending the business and I do not feel comfortable using it myself. For context, the incident has also been reported to the police. I would strongly urge management to investigate this and ensure it does not happen again.

Simple to use machines. Really good quality equipment. Been there a few times now, with the average spend being about £6-8 to completely clean the car. Foam spray, wheel wash, brush, rinse and even an osmosis finish. Great value.

Not a bad place to wash your car but the way of washing it is not the best as you need to go fast on washing as the seconds they are less and less so for me personally it is a good place but the bad thing is you cant enjoy washing your car properly as you have to go fast, now when it comes to the diferent ways of washing your car you have a few different options which is good so in conclusion if you want to wash your car once in a while it is a good option

How would they expect to Brush a 7m Van while paying for each second you are spending in their bay???? After foaming it. You need at least 20min to give it a good brush. Gready people.

I went their today and the hot brush was not working, I was looking for the person and he was not their their, still 80 sec were remaining on the timer, then I start using brush normally later the person appear and when I asked him he was telling me u didn't pay thats why it's not working. Instead of listening complain he was keep saying u didn't pay u didn't pay. And 5 mins before when i was in que i saw him with tools repairing that brush. Why someone will lie for 2 quid. Please put someone professional who atleast know how to speak to the customers. Instead of apologising he was blaiming me.

Great local jet wash centre – one of the best in Northampton! WashMe in St James has everything you need to get your car looking spotless. The bays are spacious, well-maintained, and all the equipment works properly, which isn’t always the case elsewhere. There are plenty of options including pre-wash, snow foam, wax, and rinse – all clearly labelled and easy to use. The water pressure is spot on, and you get good value for your money. The 3 vacuum bays are powerful and make interior cleaning quick and easy. Best of all, the wash leaves my car shining every time. It can get busy at weekends, but it’s well worth the wait. A proper upgrade from your standard petrol station wash – highly recommended if you take pride in keeping your car clean.

I’m from Chester & I’ve came down for a car show tomorrow & seen this lovely car wash that’s 24 hours! Has everything you want & the step by step process is excellent. Perfect amount of snow foam & wheel cleaner. Only down point is for £2 I don’t feel you get much time. So you end up spending a fair bit. Can we have one of these in Chester please?! 👍🏼

Its a good service useful if you don’t have the time to get your jet wash out or if you don’t own a jet wash star because I have had a bad experience that’s why I am giving 1 star. Machine number 2 takes payment but does not activate the jet wash instead of putting a sign or cones to block this off it’s kept open to scam customers who just want to clean their car very disappointed in this company
