Changed hands I think around mid/end of last year so be careful of older reviews. Really poor job and very expensive compared to other places. There is no attention to detail, the inside comes out dirtier than it went in. I used to always use the old one but won’t go anymore, I’m too worried they’ll damage my car.

A real pity to have to review these guys like this, as I used to go to them for a while when they were in a different location and they used to be really good. It’s been getting worse and worse for a while, especially when it’s only the owner working there (which often seems to be the case). £15 spent on a wash and dry which made the car dirtier than it started - I had to spend another hour actually cleaning it myself. They seem to respond to all their other negative reviews with nonsense like “you get what you pay for”, but we certainly aren’t paying for our cars to be made dirtier and for you to create e.g. semi-permanent water marks - don’t offer that service if you don’t want to do it. Pretty sure a £15 wash and dry involves you even so much as touching the wheels - didn’t go near them. Most places I go to in London or Manchester will do a fantastic job for between £12-£15, so these petty replies are baseless. As soon as any local competition arrives for this business I don’t imagine many customers will remain. Terrible service that can barely classify as work.

Turned up this morning for body clean and internal clean at a cost of £25. When I came to collect the car I immediately noticed that there was water on both the front and back of the outside so asked the guy to dry it. He did with no apology or excuse. When I arrived home I found that the interior had not been done and that the rubber mats, although cleaned, were not fitted back. By that time it was too late to go back, but I have made up my mind that I shall not go there again despite having used them for approximately five years. Also, a bit of charm would not go amiss !

No stars , no service!! Absolute worse car wash I have ever had the pleasure to have!! Did not hoover the boot at all! The wash is shoddy with bits missed . The windows are smeared still…. Please I don’t ever write any reviews on anything but this so called”car wash” is not one!!!be wary of them bigtime They have just come back with a reply having a go at me!!! They did not clean the windows( they said I came with a dirty car I believe that’s the place to take a car to be washed but hey not here anyway!)I stand by all I said and when got home it seems they let’s just say misplaced/ stolen the 4 Mazda mats for the car!!! Also backseats not hoovered…would not go back as they are /were aggressive ,just look at you as if they’ve done their job!!NOT….do not trust them. I’m sorry adding on again I need a deep clean for loads more money! You did no clean at all! No hoovering of back seats or boot , windows not done to any kind of standard I could have gone over my car with a dirty oily rag and got a better finish…..

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Julian, at Marlborough Car Valeting Centre on London Road. We had a large tub of floor tile adhesive burst all over the rear passenger carpet and door. We got the worst up and decided to bring forward our annual Valet. He and his team did a fantastic job making our car feel like new. I can’t recommend their service highly enough.

This place is amazing and very reasonably priced. They pretty much detailed my car for £35. They did a very thorough job and we’re flexible on pick up. I left my car for a few hours and they were very relaxed. Highly recommend. Cup holders are perfectly clean and there isn’t a speck of dirt anywhere on the inside or outside.
