Was really looking forward to my car getting detailed and I'm really impressed with the results. The car looks amazing, brand new again. They did a great job cleaning every little detail, The exterior has a fantastic shine, and you can tell they put a lot of care into their work. The staff were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Great service, fair pricing, and excellent results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their car detailed, and I'll be coming back again to get maintenance washes.

Had some work done by unit 11 on my BMW after hearing good things from a friend, they completely transformed my bmw from stock to exactly what I envisioned it to look like, they completely transformed the look of the car. From the cup of tea or coffee when you walk through the door to the real high quality of work they do. If you have any doubts about using unit 11 I would 100% recommend them. I will most definitely be back when I decide to have more work done 👍🏼

Just had our new Renault R5 Prepped and ceramic coated by the team at Unit-11 and genuinely couldn’t be happier. The difference between dealer standards and Unit-11 standards are staggering. The service and hospitality from Vienna was spot on and will definately be returning with our other cars.

First off Unit 11’s customer service is second to none - friendly, informative, transparent, and responsive - which is what you want when you are going to be spending a not insubstantial chunk of cash. I had bought a 6 year old s/h Mercedes E Class Cabriolet, a lovely car generally for the price but with tired wheels, marked windscreen, a few minor pops and dings, and a soft top that was starting to fade. I left the car with Unit 11 while I was away on holiday for two weeks and when I picked it up this week it was like picking up a new car but with an even better finish! The transformation was amazing, everything gleaming, the vision improvement on front windscreen is huge, and the nighttime light diffusion much reduced. The wheels and callipers are simply fabulous, and the braking is sharper, plus they managed to get out most of the water spot marking on the metal window trim (which is a problem on most Mercedes). The inside was detail cleaned too and all the leather treated and protected. Note: I had the GTechniq Ultra ceramic treatment with the 9 year guarantee. I cannot recommend Unit 11 highly enough - lovely people too.

The team have done a fantastic job, with the PPF and Ceramic Coating on my Porsche Spyder RS. The car looks stunning and is Road Trip/Track ready.

My AMG CLA 35 looks better than it did from the Dealer. The the detailing has improved the depth of the colour and now fully protected with PPF and Ceramic Coating. Would definitely recommend Unit 11.

I cannot recommend Unit 11 enough!! Their customer service is absolutely amazing and they talk you through the service you’re paying for with high detail! Their after care is very good and have answered all my questions regarding what products to use and also how to use them. I took my car there for a full machine polish and Ceramic coating and their quality of work is unmatched with extreme attention to detail, they’ve made the paint on my car look like it’s still wet and the dishes on my wheels like a mirror! Thank you to the team at Unit-11!

Absolutely blown away by the results! Booked my car at Unit11 for full paint correction and ceramic coating, and it came out looking better than brand new. Every swirl mark and imperfection was completely removed — the finish is now glass-smooth and insanely glossy. The ceramic coating has made a huge difference already; water just beads and rolls right off. The team at Unit11 are amazing. If you’re serious about your car’s appearance, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
