First visit and it took a minute to work out what the score was with the queues but turned out to be really effective - got the mini valet and all the guys are like cogs in a really efficient machine. at £18 it was worth every penny. Fantastic job!

Busy car wash, no attention to detail, parts of my car hadn't been washed properly, had to clean it properly when I got home. Mini valet waste of money when you have to do it yourself. More context: Car not hoovered properly No wheel shine Part of exterior not washed properly I had to point out the dirt on the base of my front windscreen Had to point out the dirt on my front bumper. Awful and not worth the money.

Damaged my car, was sure they had scrapped it once before this on the roof but as u don’t really gave any proof gave them benefit of doubt thinking could have happened another time, this one definitely done by then after messaging them about it was never replied to and was blocked from the Facebook, would AVOID

Car clearly over sprayed with whatever acidic solution they use before washing the car. This began to melt the paint which staff definitely spotted as several folk made attempts to wipe the area and kept looking at it with concern. After leaving and pulling in round the corner to check what everyone had been looking at, I drove back in to be told some nonsense story about how it wasn’t their fault of course. Will definitely be avoiding in the future. Had my car washed many times in different places and no paint has ever come off
