We usually bring our cars & range rovers here, can’t fault them absolutely brilliant. Owner & staff are always great & attention to detail is spot on. This weekend we wanted to wash our modified trucks off after a day in mud but the do it yourself was closed. We called in on the off chance, expecting to be turned away being so filthy. NOPE they said no problem. The old girls rolled out lovely! Yet again they went above & beyond when others wouldnt have.

Very disappointed. Asked for bronze wash as usual which includes door shuts wiped, wax and dry, tyre shine etc - literally it just got washed. I paid (with tip) thinking it was to be dried etc as usual in separate space, but man in charge waved hands around saying no you just said wash n go (I didn’t even know that was an option so I absolutely did not). But he’d charged me the same as bronze. Feel royally ripped off :-( UPDATE: because I cannot reply to response any other way. Yes it absolutely happened! Look at my other reviews - all 5* - I’m not in the habit of leaving bad reviews but this one is sadly deserved. I arrived just after 6pm but I’m not prepared to offer personal details on here. Thank you for offer of free car wash but, owing to service and to feeling intimidated by your staff member, I have no wish to return.

Amazing car valet cleaned and shampooed the car seats, floors and got rid of all the dog hairs in the boot car looks and smells like it did when we picked it up from the dealership

Had two cars washed on 9th and 10th Feb. The guys did an amazing job of cleaning two VERY dirty cars! One of them is a very large 4x4, 25 years old. They looked like two new cars afterwards, couldn’t believe how well they were washed and valeted. We come from Hereford just to have our cars cleaned here as they’re that good. Friendly and helpful with a warm cabin available for waiting. I don’t normally write reviews but this service was brilliant, Thank You. Ruth and Jonathan

Just to say make sure you lock the steering wheel lever back before allowing customers to drive off it almost caused me to have an accident when the steering wheel dropped up amd down and I had no idea you would take that to pieces to clean inside my car. Not good and I noticed scratches on the car which were not there before I left it.

Did a fab job with the platinum package on my disgusting "horse girl" Vitara, with very competative rates. The car is now absolutely sparkling, and I don't think the interior was this clean when I bought it second hand from a main dealership! Hats off to the lads, I'll definitively be taking Suzy back to them.
