Quite expensive for what you get. Prewash including application of snow foam and spray with high pressure, but the automated part of the process is ancient and knackered with inconsistent brush pressure. Some brushes barely touch the car at all whereas others are aggressive and rough. Brush material is not the typical soft foam material as commonly found nowadays. Vibe of the ageing equipment being run into the ground and no longer working like it once did. Wax and drying reasonable though. If you are used to what you get at a common IMO car wash you will likely be disappointed.

Staff great. However there was a pretty unpleasant smell while moving through the car wash. This is the second occasion this has happened. Smell lingered in the car for some time after.

Never, ever take your car here - having booked in my car (Tesla) and my sister's (VW Polo) for a valet clean one Saturday morning, the first failure was they didn't realise we had an appointment when we arrived. The person there kept making comments that made out it was all too much trouble to clean the cars (go figure). When we came back to collect the cars an hour later, and having taken them through the car wash we arrived home (in dry conditions - contrary to the later emailed bizarre proclamations of TopWash) to see the cars entirely dirty both inside and outside. As a result, my sister and I (and two elderly parents) had to spend the next 90 minutes cleaning the cars ourselves - doing TopWash's job for them. We sent clear photographic evidence to TopWash, who over the course of numerous rude and dismissive emails totally ignored the images we provided and alleged 'the wet weather' (it wasn't wet) caused the dirtiness of our cars (no, you couldn't make it up ). TopWash ensued to send random CCTV images claiming our cars were in clean condition despite all the photographic evidence we provided to the contrary. Talk about rubbing salt in the wounds of an already complete non-service. What could have been rectified in one apology email from TopWash acknowledging the serious inconvenience of us having paid £90 for an advertised service (that we didn't receive) and then wasting the rest of our Saturday afternoon cleaning the cars , TopWash continued to send us emails claiming they would be happy to "rectify" the cars even though we had already cleaned them! Appalling on site service, appalling post visit service, head in the sand, failure all round. Avoid taking your cars here at all costs.

Worst carwash in Salisbury. Rarely dries your car, foam only coming out of the right hand side, pre wash is dreadful. Don't bother.

I recently visited the Top wash car wash, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. My car, which had been through a rather muddy week, came out looking brand new. The guys were friendly and efficient, guiding me through the process with a smile.

The older guy there Phil I think his name is has always been helpful and professional. Especially guiding me on to the track which I’m not keen on . My car looks amazing after I’ve been through the car wash . I’ve been there often and all of the guys that work there have been polite and professional.

Feels like the only self service jet wash within 5-10 miles. A tat flimsy with coins but does the job and the jet stream is nice and strong. Just parkup at the back and you have plenty of space to work with.
