Used this place twice now for a deep clean of my car. Both times there were worth every penny!

I've used this place for a while and never had a bad experience. They're super friendly and accommodating, complimentary fancy coffee machine and big comfy sofas to wait on.

AVOID! I saw Ryan on Monday, he was too busy but free the most of the following day. I said I would come in on my lunch break and after physically looking at my car he said "it wasn't bad, and will take maximum 1.5 hours". I got extra time off and I arrived on time at 1pm, the next day. After 1.5hrs I was still waiting, car hoovered on and off and the outside not been touched. I asked how much longer because I need to get back to work. Ryan then said he would do the outside quickly. Half an hour later it was ready, I paid for a "gold" standard clean for £35. I rushed back to work, but immediately noticed a putrid smell from the car and couldn't understand why. That evening I went back out to inspect the smell again, I then realised what it smelt like, dog poo. The following day, in my now 30 minute lunch break to make up for my lost time the day prior. I went to inspect the smell again, still stinks but not as bad. It was then that I noticed my car was damaged! Some background, my car is brand new, I am the sole driver, no kids and no animals in the car. The roof near the boot has a hole in it where a plastic disc should be, about the size of a 2p coin. I immediately called Ryan and expressed my concern and asked if he could please look on the floor and hoovers to find it. My car was dirty, not damaged. I also mentioned to him the smell in the car. He informed me he could not find this disc and he's confused by the smell because they use an "UNSCENTED all purpose cleaner". But if I wanted, he was there late and I could come and speak with him. I arrived there at 5:15pm as agreed. Ryan went to smell the car and claimed he couldn't smell anything, I told him it wasn't just me who could smell it, and I laughed and said I don't even own a dog! He was snarky and said "well your car was covered in dog hair" 1) he didn't even hoover my car and 2) A blatant lie in the attempt to undermine me. He then looked at the missing piece and said it couldn't fit in their hoover and had no clue. When I said that it was fine when I brought it in, he continued being disrespectful. Accusing me of altering my car because of my dash cam and I must of taken it off. I have absolutely no reason to lie. This "conversation" lasted all of 2 minutes, before he rudely ignored me, turned around and walked away. No apology, no nothing, just the blame game because he's now got my money. His employee (of one week) then came over and told me that the reason it took him so long to hoover was because my car was a "tip". I said to him, apart from that being extremely rude, unprofessional and a lie, Ryan looked at this the day before and quoted the amount of time it would take because "it wasn't bad". (By the way, the actual reason why it took him so long were the continuous phone breaks! As if I couldn't see him) He then offered to spray the car with something to help with the smell, I agreed. After a few moment I told him to stop and said that was that awful smell! I asked what it was and he said it was "bubblegum scent", so now I've not only realised that 1) the disgusting pungent smell is from that and its certainly not "bubblegum" but also 2) Ryan lied to my face, telling me they use unscented sprays. Ryan must of heard this, and got the employee to also ignore me and go back to work. I wasn't going to write this review, but after the way I've been spoken to I see that its only fair I warn others, especially women. I doubt he would of spoken to my dad like that! I should of learnt my lesson 3 years ago when my car mats were taken out and not replaced, when I realised after, I asked them about it and I was the one made to feel like I was going mad and there were none in there to begin with. I heard that they "were under new management" which made me comfortable rebooking because its close to home, however it can only be booked during my lunch breaks as they close before 5pm and don't open weekends. If you do go, take photos BEFORE they touch it. Any damages, they wont claim responsibility. £35 of my hard earned money LITERALLY down the drain.

Had my Jazz valeted with Topwash after a recommendation from a mate and will definitely be returning. Pricing is incredibly reasonable, super friendly service and brilliant at what they do. Brought my car to them in an absolute state and came back to it being even cleaner than when I bought it. Genuinely can't recommend them enough.
