One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I feel people should know exactly how this company treats customers when something goes wrong. I booked this service expecting professional results and left feeling completely let down. On 29th April, I collected my car and signed the paperwork because I was in a rush to leave for a holiday. At a quick glance everything seemed acceptable, so I trusted that the work had been completed properly. Not long afterwards, my neighbour, who works in vehicle detailing, pointed out several issues with the finish and questioned the standard of the work. Unfortunately, I was away and didn’t have the opportunity to thoroughly assess the car myself until weeks later. Once I had the time to inspect it properly, the defects became impossible to ignore. I contacted the company, explained the circumstances, and supplied photographs and videos showing exactly what I was unhappy with. They asked for evidence, I provided it, and then it felt like the goalposts were moved. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they looked for reasons to shut the complaint down. What annoys me most is that I wasn’t demanding anything unreasonable. I would have accepted a refund. I would have accepted someone coming back out to correct the work. I simply wanted a fair outcome. Instead, I got absolutely nothing. The attitude throughout was shocking. Rather than feeling listened to, I felt brushed aside and treated like an inconvenience. Paul was particularly unhelpful and came across as dismissive whenever I tried to explain my concerns. The company talks a good game until there is a problem. Then suddenly accountability disappears. Evidence doesn’t matter. Customer satisfaction doesn’t matter. The quality of the work doesn’t matter. I went into this expecting a company that cared about its reputation. What I got was poor workmanship, a frustrating complaints process, and a complete refusal to stand behind the service they provided. Massive disappointment. Money wasted. Time wasted. Lesson learned. I will never use this company again and would strongly advise others to think very carefully before trusting them with their vehicle.

I called the company for a deep clean inside out as I had a stain to clean. My car was fairly clean but the difference was phenomenal. All my seats were deep cleaned , my car glistened like never before and the interior smells so good. No complaints

Had a Full Valet & Free Steam Clean as a return customer, the service provided by Alfie was done correctly & he took his time where the 3h approx time was elapsed, just so he can precisely get to every spot he can. Extremely happy with the service & I can see he took pride on cleaning my vehicle & demonstrated he enjoys doing it. He also told me he “treats every car as it was his own!”Extremely happy once again 😎🔥.

Sunday 1 February 2026. (Morning at 9 am ) Alfie was very professional, polite and thorough with his cleaning. He removed all the mould efficiently and we are extremely satisfied with his work. He paid attention to detail. Genuinely one of the most polite people and kind people I have ever met. Would definitely recommend for anyone. Alfie was very experienced. He fixed our problem in no time.

Contacted these guys late Saturday afternoon as I needed a valet in order to list my car for sale. Stress free booking, friendly and very responsive. Surprisingly they had availability for the following day. Alfie turned up at 9am sharp and spent good time and care cleaning to what now looks cleaner than when I bought it. He was incredibly precise and went over and above to satisfy; even offering to help take some photos for my advert! Would highly recommend this company! Props to Alfie in particular who made the experience well worth what I considered to be great value to begin with.

Reza was brilliant and worked really really hard to clean up our car that had been sat on our drive unused for years.It looked like a brand new car.No detail overlooked. Can thoroughly recommend.

I called this company yesterday and first thing this morning they arrived. Their operative was named Reza & well presented. He did a deep clean in and outside my vehicle. The result was outstanding and exceeded my expectations, I will most certainly be working with this company again.
