Someone was sick in my car lastnight. Called The Valet Club the next morning. And they were busy but managed to fit me an apppointment, to clean up the mess made and did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. The car was spotless from inside to outside even though i expected only for the mess to be cleaned. Feels like a new car again. Thank you everyone at the Valet Club for your efficiency, professionalism and good customer service.

I had been speaking with Jayne from the very beginning via email as I wasn’t sure exactly what valet package would be best for my car. She answered every single question I had, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Jayne suggested I bring the car in so she could take a proper look and recommend the most suitable treatment, which she did. To be honest, I was a little embarrassed about the condition of the car and thought it was much worse than it probably was, but Jayne didn’t bat an eyelid. There was absolutely no judgement, just friendliness, professionalism and honest advice. She made the whole experience easy and stress-free from start to finish. The attention to detail was fantastic, and the results exceeded my expectations. The car looked and felt like new again. Super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. 10/10 service and I would definitely go back again. Highly recommend!

I honestly couldn’t believe the difference after The Valet Club worked on my car. The before and after speaks for itself! My seats were heavily stained, marked, and looking very tired. I didn’t think they would ever come back to life. But after their full valet service, the interior looks almost brand new again. The fabric is fresh, clean, and completely revived. Every stain has been lifted, and the whole car feels sanitised and refreshed. You can tell they take real pride in their work — attention to detail is next level. From the seats to the floors and finishing touches, everything was spotless. Professional, thorough, and absolutely worth it. I booked my car in for a full valet. The day my car was due for its clean I had a major engine issue, and unable to make the appointment. I contacted The Valet Club team. Jayne was absolutely amazing. She offered her support to try and get my car to the valet. When we knew this was no longer an option, Jayne gave me a full refund. Lastly, Jayne went above and beyond sharing her knowledge and offering details of someone who could help get my car back on the road. Jayne, your empathy, compassion and support was second to none. Thank you for all your support. I will be booking my valet back in as soon as my car is back on the road. Thank you again Jayne and The Valet Club - Fantastic customer service!!!

After a previous valeter left my mats wet which caused mould, I brought my car here and they did a proper job. They completely removed the mould and cleaned and dried everything properly. The car smells fresh again and looks great. Really professional service – highly recommend.

Had a strange oil spill in the passenger footwells. Got the whole interior washed and antibacterial clean along with vacuum, inner windows, dash etc all cleaned. £125. Car thoroughly cleaned, seats and carpets shampooed and fully dried within 3 hours. Top job, great staff and communication.

I cannot recommend this professional car care wash enough! They truly went above and beyond in every way. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding — they didn’t just clean the car, they cared for it. They even pointed out details and things about the car that we had never noticed before, which really showed their expertise and honesty. A special thank-you to Jane, who was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. She made the entire experience feel personal and stress-free. She made my car absolutely sparkling, inside and out, and her pride in her work really shows. I’m currently pregnant, and Jane was especially thoughtful and accommodating — using disinfectant sprays and making sure everything was extra clean and safe, which meant a lot to me. That level of care and consideration truly sets this place apart. If you’re looking for a car wash that combines professionalism, attention to detail, genuine care, and amazing customer service, this is the place to go. Jane and the team exceeded all expectations!

£110 for inside/outside + 6 month ceramic coat. Inside front cabin clean however lots of left over cleaning residue. Outside clean however tyre arches could’ve used a little more attention. Back of rear passenger seats / boot didn’t receive much attention and had to clean up missed stains (See picture for example). Overall okay but not impressed for the cost.

One of the best car wash services you can get in the area, I’ve been to many car wash places but this one is by far the best and the price is worth the service. Customer service was top notch, the lady on the front desk (sorry didn’t get her name) was truly amazing and the in & out clean was just what I was looking for! Will be coming back for sure! 👍🏻
