Don't return calls or messages. Not sure if the business is still there?

Have used The Features Club now for a few different things regarding my van and have always been super helpful, informative and great with timings. Can’t recommend Josh enough and will be coming back in the future for more work. 100% recommend.

Just picked my seven year old car up from the Features club and it looks brand new. This is the second time I have used Josh and he provides a first class service and craftmanship. Josh is passionate about providing the best possible service to his customers. I wouldn't trust anybody else to detail my car. Thanks Josh!

Josh at The Features Club is amazing at his work and a super helpful and friendly guy! We got a new family car and wanted the rear windows tinted to give the kids more protection from the sun/heat and also provide some privacy. Josh ran through all the options with us, was able to provide us with a quote before we got there, stuck to all the timeframes given to us for the job to be done and has done a cracking job on the windows! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their windows done - he’s your guy! Thanks again Josh :)

The customer service AFTERwards was non exist. I tried to book a “maintenance wash” after spending over £500 and didn’t seem to want to book me in, nor make the effort to which then lead me to having to clean my own car. Clearly he didn’t seem to really care about customers once he’s received money, I’ve also spoken to previous customers whom came to The Features Club and mentioned they also would NOT come back for different reasons. 👋🏽

Josh from The Feature Club had our RS6 to correct the mess made by Whetstone Audi by putting the car through a mechanical car wash prior to delivery. Josh was brilliant to deal with, very genuine and easy to trust the car with. Pictures speak for themselves. No hesitation to recommend him.

Booked my 2018 Audi RS5 in for a wheels off enhancement detail, de-chrome, and ceramic coating with Josh. I can only say the car looked almost new afterwards! The paintwork and wheels were popping. Looked so much better with the work. Josh is a great guy, honest, and obviously passionate about his work and the results. Cannot fault and would definitely recommend and use again!

Recently had a full interior and exterior detail and the car came back looking better than it was new, Josh’s attention to detail is spot on making sure everything is done perfectly And also recently had my dads mustang in for a single stage polish and ceramic coating to all parts, the finish is absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone!
