I had so many questions regarding the package and aftercare but they both took time to put my mind at ease and go over everything I needed to know. My Fiesta ST which went in for a 2 stage machine polish and 5 year ceramic coating turned out even better than I could have imagined. (Better than when it left ford 6 years ago). Even after picking my car back up, I was sent professionally edited videos, and photos of my car. These guys truly go above and beyond! Would highly recommend TH detailing to anyone! Using TH Detailing for my 1990 Escort RS Turbo has been brilliant from the initial booking right through to me picking up my car. As the car is nearly 36 years old, i opted for the full Lanoguard under car protection, 2 stage paint correction, 5 year ceramic coating, engine bay clean and full interior clean and protect. Had my little 4x4 have the lanoguard under treatment package for older vehicles applied by Tom and the team.... Really pleasant experience and you can tell there passionate about what they do..Fantastic attention to detail and ive very pleaesed with the results plus you get before and after pizs and vid. Took my Japanese import in for the Lanoguard install package and was impressed! My other half booked the car in and communication was excellent on what the process was going to be, and everything was smooth. You do need to leave your car overnight which is something I clarified on the day I dropped it off, but very kindly they kept my car until we could pick it up 2 days later. Part of the service is they take an underside video of your car which if you haven’t seen it up on a ramp before it helpful for monitoring. Definitely recommend to all in the West Midlands and will be back!

I recently had the Lanoguard undercoating service done by TH Detailing, and I'm very impressed with the results. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling clean and had a fresh smell of lanolin (aka sheep & farm). Tom, the owner, was also kind enough to share some photos of the process with me. The entire experience was seamless. I was kept well-informed with text reminders for both my scheduled service and when my car was ready for collection. Tom was very friendly and patiently answered all my questions via email, which made me feel confident in the service. The only thing I would suggest to make the experience even better is to include a quick interior vacuum. While I know this wasn't part of the service, it would be a nice final touch to an otherwise perfect job. Overall, I highly recommend TH Detailing.
