Very poor job. I am thoroughly disappointed with the end result. Apparently there was, and still is "too much grit in the carpets, they need a more powerful vacuum cleaner". Well I suggest you go out and buy one. Seat rails are still dirty and gritty. I showed him that a paint brush would get them clean. He said he would get one!!!!!!!!!!!! No attention to detail at all. I will have to re-vacuum the carpets. Interior plastic, looks as bad as when he started, no 'back to black' type of finisher used at all. I will also have to do that. Very disappointed. PPP mate. If you are still reading this just stop and go book somebody else.

BE BERY CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR! I had booked a full Valet for my small Toyota Yaris including shampoo of all interior upholstery. I was quoted £65. When he arrived he said the carpets needed cleaning too which was an additional £25. ( I thought that would have been included)When the car was finished it didn’t look or smell like it had been fully cleaned. He came back 2 days later as I wasn’t happy with the stains that had come back through when it had dried. I had also found dirt in quite a few places and stains on the back seats that hadn’t been touched. None of the inside paintwork (side panels inside doors) had been cleaned. There was some mould that had come back through too. Carpets hadn’t been cleaned properly. When he came back it only took him 10 mins then called me to say it was done. On checking it still doesn’t look like it’s had a full valet, and still no fresh smell. For £90 I would expect a lot better than what I have got. I asked for a £20 refund but he refused, I could have got a better value valet at one of the hand car washes! Disappointed and will not be recommending to anyone.
