Not impressed with the finished product, had my car washed today. it was such a rush job I had my doubts about this place. When I got home I checked condition of the car wash found that there were dirty smudges on various parts of the car. was not dried properly and my allow wheels were about 35% clean. I ended up having to finish cleaning my car myself. Would I go back not on your life. Not worth £7 more like £4 The title Splash n Dash is good. They splash your car then you have to dash!!

Had £25 valet inside of all doors were still dirty. Asked if I was happy I replied no! When I got home I went to put things back in the boot It hadn’t even been hoovered and the filthy water marks were still there on the inside. Will definitely never go back. Was told initially it would take two hours but was told to go back in 30 minutes. Not enough time spent on my car definitely not worth £25 more like £10.

This was a first rate car wash but noticed that the attention to detail has gone down. Go back to the sponges lads, the brushes are rubbish. I could go to an auro wash if I wanted swurl marks.

Absolutely brilliant service and got to be the best and cheapest in Hartlepool cars always look amazing when cleaned by these lads all my family go here the last are so pleasant and polite always would definitely recommend them to others
