Worst respray I have ever seen. MADE A RIGHT MESS OF MY VAN. VERY PATCHY WITH RUNS. AREAS MISSED. WOULD NOT DISCUSS OR REFUND. AVOID THIS COWBOY

***Avoid this place*** Very recently had my van painted by this guy, and the amount of issues with the paint job is unreal; 1. bubbling and cracking where the paint hasn’t stuck to the body. 2. Runs, runs, and more runs. 3. Tape lines from really poor masking 4. Panel edges so rough you can strike a match on them 5. Different shades across multiple panels - despite the single coloured paint provided 6. Overspray. OMG! I have spent about 30hrs so far cleaning off overspray and I’m still finding more of it! Headlining, dashboard, engine, window panels etc. In addition to painting over the vehicle VIN plate, he even covered up my engine coolant bottle with paint so I can’t tell how much coolant is in the engine! 7. Damaged the cab flooring mat but denied any knowledge of it. 8. Absolute, and I mean absolute, lack of responsibility when challenged for his very poor work. Tried to resolve amicably with the guy, even giving him the opportunity to resolve all the issues, but no real accountability from him, other than he ‘tried his best.’ Tried to fob me off with a raft of excuses which were all immediately rebuffed. I even asked him if he would’ve been happy with the paint job if it was his van and he’d paid for it, and silence was his answer! That alone spoke volumes! Now forced to go the legal route to recover all costs. Pleasant enough guy who’ll promise you everything despite clearly lacking the skill required, but unfortunately for me, really poor quality workmanship that’s going to cost me at least 4 times as much to get rectified by a professional. If you look at the photos, each yellow tape square shows where there’s problems with the paintwork, and I’ve only included a few photos.

We came up from reading to buy a Audi S5 ,we found and bought one . How ever it needed a good valet not knowing were to go I checked out the website s and found SNR . We headed off and wow fantastic . Thanks guys you did a fantastic job 👌

Scratch removal, polish and full valeting is amazing my car looks brand new i would highly recommend SNR detailing to everyone

I have used this company for a full detail on my 8 year old Audi A8 which includes a 3 stage polish, i can highly recommend SNR, my cars body work was full of swirl marks and lacked shine, leather and carpets were stained and the wheels were filthy, I was amazed to see the difference after the detail, my car was shinier than a brand new car, the paintwork was like glass and the leather/carpets were free of stains. I have already booked my self for a maintenance wash tomorrow.

I always go to neil for mini valets, full valets and buffing for my car. He is changing the colour of my alloys from silver to white in a few days! excited. I have been other places but never do a perfect standard anywhere else. I always seem to come back here. Thanks again for great customer service and best standard of work!
