Valeted my car earlier this week. It was raining but he came with a huge gazebo. My car is a decent sized SUV and I have 2 kids and a Beagle so the inside was a mess. He has it looking like a brand new car. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Hard Working & Amazing Results Stephen was kind enough to take on the task of valeting a VERY dirty pick up - one that has not been cleaned internally for 8 years.. He grafted all day and the results speak for themselves. He was very professional & has done an amazing job. Would definitely have Stephen back every time. Thank you!

1-Star Review for SM Valeting and Detailing Preesall Absolutely dreadful experience with SM Valeting and Detailing in Preesall – do NOT trust them with anything important! We’ve been loyal customers for months, pre-booking regular valets without issue, but when it really mattered, they completely flaked out. Our car was scheduled to be the bride’s transport for a close friend’s wedding, and at the literal last minute, they canceled with some lame excuse, leaving us scrambling in chaos. To make matters worse, when we tried to address it professionally on Facebook, the owner straight-up blocked us to dodge any accountability. Cowardly and unprofessional – if they can’t handle feedback, they shouldn’t be in business. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere; this place is unreliable and clearly doesn’t value their customers. Never again! I can’t reply to the below however - there was no missed appointments and the barn story is BS - you simply didn’t like being offered solutions including indoor facility or even another time slot - funny how you don’t accept the distress and issue and as I recall, there’s another family who suffered the same fate for their sons wedding - convenient

SM Valeting recently attended my house to completely detail my MK7 Golf R, the weather on the day wasn't the best, which is expected in December unfortunately, however, He came well prepared and popped up his 6x3 car cover, the wind was holding off thankfully, I did offered him to use our double garage if needed, but due to dirt around the garage, this would have made the job harder or even impossible, which I understand. He's very professional indeed, and im already booked in again for the new year, highly recommended, top guy, top quality company and top products 👌 All the best

Stephen valeted our cars recently and did a great job of them so we asked him if he could come back and clean our caravan. He made a lovely job of it and added a treatment that would prevent algae reappearing on the roof as well. Great work at a very reasonable price.
