I normally used this car wash for both my van and my private car. Today I went there with my van because I wanted to wash it, and while I was standing in the queue, a guy approached me. I had the impression that he wanted to fight me. In a very unpleasant manner, he confronted me about the price even though I hadn’t asked him about it at all, and then he walked away. I got out of my van, approached him, and asked if he had any reason to behave like that. He remained unpleasant, so I told him I would go to another car wash. He said, “Please do.” If this is how he treats customers, then I wish this company good luck. I run my own business, and I cannot imagine treating customers like that. There are other places where I can go.
