Do not get your car done here left chips and scrapes all of my car and claimed it was there before they started. And refused to give money back do not go here if you valve your car in any way

I have always been a regular customer to Shiny's but today I left feeling unimpressed and ripped off. Usual staff normally do a fantastic job and are friendly. But after taking my car in today I won't be back! Staff were rude and impatient knocking on the windows and pointing as if it say hurry up. I always have paid £10 for my nissan Juke but today I was told it would be £14 as it is a large car...? When I challenged the staff they laughed at said I have a big car. I went to petrol station afterwards and found quite a few dirty bits still on my car after being over charged, very disappointing service today.

My first using a car wash, and my car was very dirty inside and outside. But the guy's at Shiny did a fantastic job on it, and it looks new again. For the price I paid, I will definitely use Shiny again and would recommend them. Excellent service 👍
