Danni always does her upmost best to accommodate cleaning my car etc around my shifts… and every single time she does an impeccable job!! She’s always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or worries I may have 💯% service all the time 🥰

I took my two motorbikes to them costing £140 each and both bikes came back filthy. Just short of £300 and they can't even clean brake dust. I left not very happy. I wasn't going to say anything, just never go back. But I did, I said something and was met with a barrage of abuse from her partner. They initially asked why I didn't say anything at the time, I told them the anti anxiety meds I'm on make me snappy, so I just messaged instead. Well they used that against me calling me all the names under the sun. I never asked for anything from them. Her partner then went kn my business page and posted a large slanderous post despite my business having no involvement. All I wanted was my bikes cleaned by a "professional " for a change. Plus I was taking my classic out the week after to take a customer an 80th birthday ride. Here are the pictures showing how dirty the bikes came back. Covered in brake dust and all sorts. And also all the communications. They've even used some sort of abrasive on my brand new £300 Domitor exhaust causing scratches. I've ordered a new one. The classic BMW was covered in polish splatter and the alloy casings were still covered in white corrosion which isn't hard to remove. I wouldn't go to them. They ask why you didn't say anything in person, but then reply to messages like they do so no idea what they'd be like if you did complain in person. Hardly a professional bike detail when they can't even wash the bikes clean. I've added a split picture of their "detail" vs my own. Note how I actually cleaned the engine and other casings, I treat the plastics and get into all the areas of dirt. I doing just look at it and call it done.
