Very professional, arrived on time, kept me updated and very friendly. Took the time to explain to me each step. I am glad I declined the dealership gardx application and chose to do the stage 1 polish and 5 year ceramic coating with Sam. Car looks shiny, swirl free and lot better than what I would have got from a dealership ( I have used Gardx previously and barely able to tell a difference with them). I would highly recommend the services Sam offers. I look forward to book him again in the future.
