I recently took my Golf R to Satisfy for a stage 3 detail and ceramic coating, and the whole experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. After seeing their work on insta, I decided to get in touch and was impressed straight away by how professional and easy the booking process was. Everything was clearly explained and I felt confident leaving the car with them from day one. What stood out most was the level of professionalism and passion. They were honest, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about getting the best possible result. The ceramic coating finish on the Golf R looks incredible. I would happily recommend Satisfy to anyone considering their work. Fantastic service, brilliant communication, and an end result that speaks for itself. - will definitely be back in the future!

I don’t know where to start with these guys, I guess three words to summarise:- Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, transparent. My Mercedes SL350 2003 was a disaster, stuck in park, sat developing damp, mould, mechanical and electrical issues popping up by the day. Shunned by at least six garages in my area of Streatham. I was totally lost. A friend recommended Satisfy and they took the job on without a second thought. They recovered the vehicle and saw the challenge as a delight to work with. Rob sent videos of each and every thing they were working on in real-time updates. It was refreshing to experience such transparency and they would explain things in such a way that a child could understand. The following works were carried out:- Gear Selector replacement and programming (main huge issue) Heater matrix sorted Emissions filter cap replaced New brake pads New brake discs New tyres and wear sensors Full service (spark plugs, air filter, oil filter, fuel filter, cabin filter, oil change) MOT Full leather interior cleaned of mould, restored and looking brand new 3 stage polish and 2yr ceramic coating The car is now driving better than ever- the difference is absolutely ridiculous how they have enhanced the vehicle- it is getting so much extra purchase especially at the top end, where is was labouring previously (before it got stuck in park!). They went above and beyond. As mentioned, no job is too big or small for Rob, Martin and the team there, they absolutely thrive on a challenge (apparently the whole team cheered when they finally got the car moving again) and it was such a pleasure to watch them operate. I am looking forward to have them work through the rest of the list I have- this easily becomes an addiction when working with a team so wonderful!!!! Many thanks to Rob, Martin and the squad for everything you have done - HIGHLY recommend!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently booked my car in with this detailing company to have some bodywork done on a door that honestly looked completely unrepairable. From the start they were professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what they do. The day before my appointment, my car suddenly developed another issue and a piece actually broke off my inlet manifold. I managed to purchase the replacement part and brought it with me when I dropped the car off, hoping they might be able to help. Not only did they fix the badly damaged door to a standard I didn’t think was possible, but they also fitted the new inlet manifold part for me and carried out a full service including replacing the spark plugs. The level of help and attention to detail went far beyond what I originally booked the car in for. I’m genuinely blown away by the quality of the work and the customer service. The team went above and beyond to get my car back on the road and looking great again. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone needing detailing, bodywork, or general car work done. Fantastic service from start to finish! 🚗✨

Honestly the best body shop in london. Absolutely the best in quality of work, service and communication. My cars come back looking like a brand new car, i’m so happy with their work and will definitely be coming back!! (first video is before, second is after)

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. I had my car booked in for a polish and ceramic coating, and the result completely exceeded my expectations. The level of attention to detail was outstanding, and you can tell the team genuinely takes pride in their work. When I collected the car, it looked better than new — the shine was incredible! Professional, friendly, and highly skilled staff. It’s not easy to find a place you can fully trust with your car, but these guys truly delivered. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Came into the shop and was greeted by Robie (the owner), instantly felt like home. I was welcomed into the office and offered a seat and a drink while we discussed what to do with my car. Overall experience is 10/10. Not only my bumper came out amazing but the time it was done in was incredible too. Highly recommend!

Rob and the Team at Satisfy Detailing I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Rob and the team at Satisfy Detailing. I first came across the company on Instagram and was immediately intrigued by the quality of their work. After doing a bit of research, I decided to get in touch and book an appointment. The booking process was straightforward, with everything confirmed promptly by text and a calendar invite sent through for convenience. At my initial appointment, Rob took the time to explain the full process and benefits of the polish and ceramic coating. I received a detailed quote outlining the work to be carried out, and after paying a small deposit, I was booked in for two days later. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent. I received regular photo and video updates, including a live video call showing the progress of the detailing work. The attention to detail was exceptional. The team went above and beyond, identifying and cleaning additional areas and seals that we hadn’t even discussed. No detail was overlooked. To say I am satisfied would be an understatement. I’m genuinely impressed by their professionalism, honesty, and depth of knowledge. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and I’ve already arranged for them to complete additional work on my vehicle. If you’re in the area and considering a ceramic coating or detailing service, I can not recommend Satisfy Detailing enough. Rob and the team deliver outstanding results and exceptional value for money. You will not be disappointed.

I took my wife's Toyota Rav4 to Rob and his team for: paint restoration, some minor touch ups, wheel refurbishment, caliper painting and Ceramic coating. We had the car from new but it was 13 years old and needed some attention. Rob and his team done a fantastic job! The car looks brand new again. He kept me well informed throughout the process and my wife's in love with her car again. Brilliant! I would highly recommend them!!
