Ryan managed to squeeze me into a busy schedule to do a ceramic coating of my M4. He sent detailed pictures via text to show me the progress of the job which was reassuring. I am really pleased with the results, I would say the car looks better now than when I bought it. Would definitely use Ryan again. 👍

Just pass my car for a full detailing and not happy at all with the results.. I collect car some day evening after busy day at work and next day I inspect the car and found so many unfinished jobs.. is meant to do ceramic protection but after the first wash I noticed car paint isn't protected as I been told, he had to drop me some solution to maintain the paint after 29.05 and is 18.06 and never received.. many many bad services/jobs from this rm detailing. Definitely not using again or recommended to friends. Just money wasted 👎👎👊👊⛔️⛔️⛔️

I contacted Ryan at RM Detailing asking for a valet at very short notice - Ryan consulted his diary and fit me in that very same day which I cannot thank him enough for! When Ryan attended my vehicle I asked him about a number of details and extras - to which Ryan catered for and was very informative about, he told me what he recommended and why which is exactly what I'd expect from a professional in the field, and he delivered. Whilst detailing my car, Ryan remembered that I'd said my car was previously ceramic coated at the dealership back in April 2022, 15 minutes into his service on my vehicle, he came to inform me that whoever had done the coat had either not done it or done it poorly - as Ryan's customer I have a massive amount of respect for him for telling me this, as he absolutely didn't have to, but yet he cared about my situation and advised me on what steps to take. With Ryan's evidence, I rang the dealership and have literally as I write this review, began the recoating of the ceramic on my vehicle for no extra cost due to Ryan's diligence. Besides going the extra mile with customer service, Ryan's attention to detail and care whilst doing the valet were second to none! the final result of my car was absolutely beautiful and I will 100% be continuing with services from RM Detailing. Thank you Ryan!

My Golf R was cleaned today and I must say it's to a very high standard. Friendly people and highly professional. I will certainly be using this company again and highly recommend if you have a car you care about and want it to be cleaned carefully and thoroughly 🙂
