I ordered the mould car cleaning service and I’m really impressed with the results. The team did an excellent job removing all the mould and leaving the interior looking and smelling fresh again. They were professional and efficient. The whole process was smooth and the car now feels clean and comfortable to drive. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone dealing with mould in their car.

Tom from Rinseworks was brilliant. After my car was drowning in water internally due to a windscreen leak, Tom reassured me after my first contact with him. He came out at short notice, provided me with a plan on what was needed and also completed a comprehensive report for my claim with the windscreen company. He removed seats, trims etc and the underlay and proceeded to dry the carpet fully. A few days later returned and put everything back after treating the wet underlay and carpet and leaving everything as it was previously. Communication with Tom was first class, the finished product was excellent and the price was very competitive. I would not hesitate to use Rinseworks again as they made a stressful situation a lot better.

We would highly recommend working with Rinse Works. The services used: Deep interior clean, ozone treatment and exterior wash. My wife and I bought a used Ford C Max which had a pungent mould smell once you opened the door, not forgetting there were also some tiny spores growing in hidden spots around the vehicle. The smell was so strong you got a headache after 2 minutes of exposure. We were worried the vehicle would not be drivable given the health risks with mould. With about 3 hours into the job Tom and his team was able to leave the vehicle smelling brand new. There we’re so many positives to the experience with them: - Booked last minute and was able to be there the next day. - The staff were on time. - They did an amazing job, full satisfied. - Pricing is very reasonable. Absolutely outstanding service from Tom at Rinse Work Valeting! He did an amazing job on my Skoda Kodiaq the car looks better than the day I bought it. Every detail was spotless, inside and out, and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. Professional, friendly, and reliable from start to finish. Highly recommend Tom if you want your car looking brand new again!

This morning, I rang Rinse Works Mobile Valeting in a state of panic as I had left my oil cap off and my engine was full of oil. When speaking with Tom and explaining my very silly mistake, he was understanding, professional and explained exactly how the engine bay service worked. Due to my personal circumstances, he said he would try to get to me this evening if he could. Lo and behold, he made time to come out to me this evening and had my engine looking like new in record time! I can’t express how grateful I am to him and his fabulous work! We had a signature valet with pet hair removal and OdourSafe treatment. This was shown as 5.5hrs work on the companies website. Rinse Works were onsite 1hr 10mins after arriving 20 mins late. The car was supposed to have been dried and polished when it was actually only washed, badly as you can see from the pictures. The drivers seat has also had the leather torn whilst it was being vacuumed. We have tried contacting Rinse Works by telephone and email but after finally getting a call back I was sworn at and the call ended abruptly. I tried calling back but my call was diverted to answerphone. I believe from the answerphone message on the company telephone number that this company is now preying on the poor flood victims of Stockport. Please be aware this company isn’t reputable and we are currently in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards.
