John is absolutely excellent My car was in a pretty bad state, even though I get it cleaned as and when I can. This is the first time I’ve ever used a Detailing company I found Rhys Details by accident as I was looking for someone Who can either clean inside and outside of my vehicle at home or collection and delivery option. I found a few companies, but one of them let me down 100%. I booked the car to be cleaned in with them, but they failed To contact me on the agree date. Yes, they were very very cheap but Time waster. Another company I found in Queenbourgh But they gave me one price, Which is quite high to be honest . Then I got a phone call back stating VAT need to be added to it. Then they gave me another price with the touchup pen which in the end was absolutely Stupid And not value for money. Therefore, I told them I will not be going with them. John on the other hand gave me a price which included everything That I requested. As it happens Ryes Details did Extra work without asking for any more money. To me that was excellent customer service. When someone goes above and beyond they hundred percent have my recommendation. Yes, I had a few scratches on the car for which they have taken out. I expected the car back the next day that he managed to do the whole lot in one day. They offered a free collection and delivery service. John was courteous and polite at all times. We even had A bit of banter Which was fantastic. He made you feel like as if you’re talking to an old friend that’s how brilliant John was. I highly recommend Ryes Details No matter how poor your car may look. Let them do their magic, and I’m sure you will not be disappointed. Don’t take my word for it book and see For yourself. Oh yes, by the way, they also send you photographs during the process So you can compare before and after photos. They didn’t even have to come inspect the car before I booked them as I sent over a photograph for them to see. I answered all the questions as truthfully as I could with them before they gave me the final place. You can pay by cash or bank transfer they don’t mind As the price is the same. Here are some photos for you to look at and you will see what I mean. The first sector photographs is before The second set of photograph was during the process, And as you can see, the scratch scratches are really noticeable Then, after the process, you can’t even see the scratches I’m hundred percent happy with this The interior looked brand-new and they got off all the scuff marks that was on the door panels, etc I haven’t included any photos of the inside because I felt there wasn’t enough of them. However, it’s phenomenal

Jon takes great care and is very professional with his work. He is highly knowledgeable and always a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after the cars! Highly recommended!

Jon gave good advice and before taking my car in today. He carried a safe wash and paint correction on my 11 year old Honda Civic. The car looks fantastic and Jon has given recommendations on the future care which I will be carrying out in the future.

I took my 1 year old Fiesta to Rhys Details for a full bodywork detail. Despite it being a new car I was amazed at what a difference a professional detailing made. The paint was like glass and looked better than when it left the showroom. You can tell that Jon really loves what he does and puts the same effort into working on a Fiesta as he does a Bentley. Fantastic service and highly recommend.
