Amazing ***** I honestly can’t recommend this car valet highly enough — he is hands down the best specialist car cleaner I’ve ever used. The level of care and knowledge Rob brings is on another level. He doesn’t just wash the car, he properly treats it — carefully polishing it and using all the right products for the paintwork so the finish looks deep, glossy, and protected. The attention to detail is incredible. He even cleans under the bonnet, refreshes the washer fluid and sorts minor scratches. Every time he’s finished, my car genuinely looks brand new — inside and out. On top of that, he’s completely mobile, comes to the house, and is one of the nicest, most professional people you could meet. Reliable, friendly, and clearly takes real pride in his work. I won’t ever be taking my car to a regular car wash again. This is a proper, high-quality valet service and worth every penny.

Extremely disappointing.. Had a booking with you, called you in the morning to confirm, you never showed up, never called me back. Extremely poor customer service for a first time customer. Took my business elsewhere. Stay clear..

Rung to see if I could arrange to have my car detailed.... no answers so left a message requesting a call back... No return call ftom RLD Valeting... I guess they have no need for new customers ... so I went elsewhere.

Rob is by far the best valeter/detailer in the area, he provides an outstanding service with an attention to detail which is second to none! I have been using Rob for an number of years now and would not use anyone else! Thank you for looking after us and delivering a magnificent service Rob!
