Fantastic service would highly recommend David. Car gleaming inside and out even after me contacting him at the last minute. Ten out of ten service .

I asked for a full valet on a Hyundai Tucson, he quoted me £50-£60. Comes to do the job. Says with the mud around did I want to bother having the outside washed, I said I've got a long journey to do in a few hours so don't worry about outside. He finishes and I ask him how much thinking it will be a lot cheaper than quoted as he hasn't washed the outside. He said £70!! I questioned this as he hasn't washed the outside, he said he'd knock a fiver off! He said and I quote 'I have to give my dad some fuel money for bringing me'. To which I said 'if I'd have known I would be paying extra cos you don't have transport I would have gone with another company'. I also pointed out that it is not his customers responsibility to pay his dad fuel money! He said ok call it £60. Still not happy but couldn't be bothered arguing so gave him the £60. I have just got in the car and it has not had a full valet, I wouldn't even say it was the quality of a mini valet! Windows streaky, dust in all the vents still, dust and dirt still around the ignition barrel, still the odd smear of mud on the plastics of the doors! Would not recommend nor will I ever use again.
