Very disappointed with my experience here. While washing my car, one of the staff members were aggressively pushing the pressure washer lance between the wheel spokes to clean the inside of the alloys. They didn't seem to care about the lance hitting the alloys, and I could even feel my car shaking when they did this during the wash. When I spoke to the owner afterwards, he admitted that this is how they clean the wheels and acknowledged that some of the damage to my alloys may have been caused during the wash. My alloys were professionally refurbished only a couple of months ago, so I know exactly what condition they were in beforehand. After the wash, I found a number of chips and scuffs to the finish. The owner accepted responsibility for some of the obvious scratches but refused to accept responsibility for the other scuffs, despite them being in similar locations and appearing to have been caused in the same way. The solution they offered was for them to touch up the damage themselves with paint but I am not willing to risk a car wash making the finish look even worse with a botched repair. What annoyed me most was how the situation was handled. Initially, the owner admitted that some damage may have been caused by his staff. However, when I asked for a refund for the wash because my wheels had been damaged, his attitude changed completely. He became very rude and started denying responsibility altogether. The wash cost me £20, but the damaged alloys could cost me £90–£100 to repair professionally. Accidents happen, but taking responsibility and looking after customers goes a long way. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. I've attached photos so people can make up their own minds.

I am not from the area, was driving by and needed the car washed. No idea what the hell they use, but my wheel alloy is stained! Just be careful if you have this type of alloy, this white stuff DOES NOT COME OFF!! I should have looked at the negative reviews before I went in!

I have been to this car wash on many occasions and had an adequate job. I went today and I’m really not impressed. £17, I felt like I was an inconvenience the entire time purely because they were busy. The vehicle or is really ‘smeary’ and my wheels look awful! To top it off one of the gents was smoking whilst washing my car which to be honest put me off to begin with! Really not happy. I would avoid especially on warmer days where they will rush you out!

AVOID THIS CAR WASH PRISTINE, in name only. Don't believe the prices displayed. They insisted on charging me £5 more than agreed. Prices state for a mini valet car £35, 4x4 £40. My car is not 4x4. I asked before the valet was started and was told £35, on payment to another person the price had increased to £40. The job was fine. But I don't like being deceived. Therefore, even if you think you have been told prior to the wash the price, it's going to be different to what you pay. Shame on them, I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I normally have been to going to Aron valeting with my Chrysler 300C but it suddenly closed without warning, so I thought I would give Pristine a go for the first time purely because it was nearby, I was very impressed, good facility, nice people and reasonable prices, and most importantly they put a lot of effort into cleaning my car well, 5*

Con artists, I called up to ask for a price for an inside and out clean for a SUV and was quoted £35. When I arrived, I made sure to ask the price once more and again was quoted £35. Upon finishing the job, I was told it was £45! When I raised it was them, they were rude and refused to acknowledge my point. One member of staff proceeded to insult me in a foreign language in front of my family and other customers. Don’t go here, awful service and a scam!

Best car wash for a long time! Speedy (6 workers on the car at once), attention to detail, friendly and good value! Like the best kept secrets, don't review... but this car wash is fantastic! £23 and they do an exceptional job! Defo going again!
