I used to really rate this car wash. However, I will not go again. The last two times I was asked in and out, I said yes, only to be charged £25 both times. Today I commented on the £25 he responded he had done a valet and cleaned my front seats, they were bone dry still had exactly same marks on, no way had they been cleaned. I have a very small car, I asked him not to do the boot or the back seat, hardly a big job. I’m very disappointed and feel super ripped off.

Regularly use here, always do a great job. My vehicles are always horrendously dirty and they never try charge extra or moan. In my opinion best car wash in Hampshire

Just had my car washed here about 20mins ago when i was in the washing bay been asked are you washing inside or outside then i replied both he then told me its gonna cost me £20 and they proceeded to wash my car paid by card to only realised through bank notification that i have been charged £25 rang them and they said come get your £5 back we are sorry what really pisses me off was not the £5 extra i got robbed but how they washed my car it was quickly done they rushed it left the windows dirty and i had to ask one of the guys to dry the mate on drivers side as it was all wet from the jet wash they just threw it into the car yes im black and proudly african but we dont deserve such treatment especially at the car wash coz we are all paying for the service irregardless of race i can only recomend this place to whites only if you are black im afraid that you will get the worst experience like me

We kind of stumbled across this car wash. Our usual place was packed and over the past 18 months, the quality of service had dropped and we’d go home and clean the missed bits our self. So the place being hectic this morning was a blessing as we’ve found somewhere so much better. We went for the mini valet which was nicely priced and watched from the waiting room. Having not long lost our old dog, we could still see her nose prints in the rear windows and while waiting we could still see them. My husband was going to ask for them to be wiped off but we needn’t ask, it was done. The attention to the detail was impeccable! The small details make all the difference You have new customers in us 👍🏼

I get my BMW cleaned weekly and they go above and beyond every single time. They clean inside and out to a very high standard the best car wash around!!

I have been there on Sunday my car was looking like brand new definitely, I will go back and the manger was so helpful and friendly staff will recommend
