I'm very impressed with this service. Our car was quite dirty going in from driving on country somerset roads. The team worked incredibly hard. The car is now gleaming inside and out. They did a quality check at the end to ensure it was thoroughly cleaned and nothing missed. For £30 quid for a medium sized car, it's incredible value. Will 100% be back.

Attended here earlier today as I needed my car washed quickly before taking it to get a service. My car had some paint damage prior which I forgot to notify them about (my fault) and they have mistakenly jet washed the paint away down to the primer. There was about 5 members of staff drying my car at one point and not 1 person notified me that this had happened out of good faith. Very upset and frustrated as they had plenty of opportunities to tell me yet omitted the further damage that has happened to my car. Had they told me before I had driven off I would have been a lot more comfortable/understanding as I understand mistakes happen and I wouldn’t have claimed as the car is booked in to get the damage repaired regardless! I will be informing the local Bath and Bristol car groups I am part of to steer clear of this place as clearly this business doesn’t actually care about providing a good service only taking your money at the end of the day!! Attached pictures of before and after just so you can see how shocked I was clearly not a member of staff who cared enough to let me know which would have been common courtesy

Avoid avoid avoid , they charge me £30 for cleaning in and out , medium size Merc , very very rude subhuman I tried to get an answer from about the name of cleaning spry he used to clean the shiny edges , he went crazy and started to shout at me for no reason , this bully should never be allowed to run the place , then he left me and talked to another car owner for a minute it seems like they know each other then that other person came to me and asked me to leave immediately 😳😳😢😢, i have taken the photo of these 2 bully and was keen to report them to the police . Epically the person who had nothing to do with the issue and just wanted to support the owner ( not English ) of the very very rude owner who I was only trying to find out what did he use cause the disappearing of the shiny frame. I am 73 years old and I felt so scared of both of them but I left , shall never ever go back to these bullies.

Amazing team , my car got covered in paint over night and these guys worked so hard on getting every bit off , I couldn’t be more grateful for there hard work and determination of getting it all out , thank you again

I got a full valet for a small car which is advertised as £60 but they charged me £90 because they said the exterior needed a lot of work. Fair enough I thought, but they didn't really seem to do the work it needed. I'm pretty sure they cracked my windscreen but I can't prove it. They left a sticky spray residue on my phone holder and stereo. The finish leaves a lot to be desired. Smear marks on windows and mirrors. Mat not clean. The business will say something like "we asked you if you were happy with it when you collected and you said yes." However this was in a dim covered area and I didn't have time to wait around for them to try and fix their poor job.

First of all, what I can is that they do wash cars fast. Is a big team there that are organized, each with his own job. I am washing my car many times here and I can say that sometimes they do a good job, and sometimes they just make it look good but if you check you will find dirt and crumbs. Maybe is recommended to go early morning when less cars are on the que. I think it is worth to try it yourself. Price is around £18 per wash in and out!
