Steven did a sensational job on the paintwork correction and ceramic coating on my jet black BMW IX1. I had an issue with water spots etched into the clear coat that Pitstop was thankfully able to restore. The lustre of the paintwork looked phenomenal when I collected it from the workshop. The ceramic coating is doing an excellent job of repelling water. Excellent customer service too, highly recommend Pit Stop for paint correction and ceramic coatings.

I had a mixed experience with Steven. The first time, the valet itself was very good, but he arrived over an hour late. I gave him another chance and booked a valet for 12:30 today, but didn’t hear from him until 13:45 despite calling and texting. He said he’d “lost track of time” and now couldn’t come before 3pm, and had to cancel. He does a good job cleaning cars, but his timekeeping and communication are poor. It also seems others have had similar issues.

Stephen has been amazing. I had a completely waterlogged car and he explained what he could do to sort it, the limitations, stuck to his price, and was very friendly throughout despite it being a difficult job to sort. Highly recommend.

Steve made my car look like new! Also sorted out scratches and organised getting my alloys re-coated. Very good customer service too - he keeps in touch to let you know when he's going to arrive etc. Sorry there's no pictures, it rained on the way home 🤦🏼‍♀️

Steven is a true professional and a master of his craft! I’ve been going to him for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are over the moon with the work done. He brought my car back to life after giving it a thorough Valet and Machine polish detail. Steven did an amazing job on my golf, very friendly and professional, it’s the cleanest I’ve ever seen my car! I asked if he could also include interior glass clean as part of the basic valet package and he did such a good job! Will be using him again for sure, highly recommend! 5* service!!!
