Austen did such an incredible job putting the ceramic coating on my new car. He had an indoor facility which means that the car can be cleaned indoors and the coating cure thoroughly. From the moment Austen picked up the phone he was helpful, informative and kind. I was so grateful for his advice and felt like he really went above and beyond so that my car looks perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Austen to anyone. Thank you Austen!

Just had my Focus ST in and all I can say they work a miracle! My ST is black and was in an awful state and I can honestly say it looks like a completely different car! Thank you so much I cant recommend you enough! Won't ever go anywhere else 😌

Collected my new Ford kuga from the dealer in December and it looked good. Heard about ceramic coatings so desided to look into it as I'm disabled and getting older and unable to look after it now the way I want to. Came across Performante Auto Spa on line and decided to give them a call. Spoke to Austen told him what I was looking for he gave me a full breakdown down of what they offer and the cost which I thought was excellent. I decided to go for the 7 year ceramic coating. When I got the car back I was amazed the whole car just popped! It looked stunning I couldn't believe the difference. The entire car inside and out looked fantastic. Thanks Austen you did a great job!. Anyone thinking of getting a ceramic coating give hm a call you will not be disappointed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Alan. Newcastle.

Hi guys this is my now nearing, 12 yr old, 120,000 mile discovery 4 ( loving called the BISMARCK for obvious reasons) He has been well looked after mechanically and has never failed me. But I have completely neglected the paint work for years . This paint is now letting a good car down , to be honest it looked like a right mess, just years of abuse from myself ( no excuses , just life ). On a trusted friend’s recommendation , I requested from the business owner Austin, a full recommission of the exterior paint and interior . I collected the BISMARCK, today ( 07/11/25) Wow and I mean “ WOW” - He looks absolutely amazing , I really mean 100% spot on ( “Austin how on gods earth did get that paint back including the bush scratches on the passenger side” ). Excellent price , brilliant communication, and my cream leather seats restored ,car fully valeted also . I’m Seriously ,fabulous job , I am very grateful- this only the 3rd review I have ever posted anywhere, because I’m that impressed with this service . I couldn't recommend Performante Auto Spa enough as the go to place for any of your car detailing needs. Extremely friendly and professional, from getting in touch for prices, to picking my car back up. I had recently treated myself to a new car and had noticed It was rough to the touch, dull, and covered in scratches of various depths. I'd explained all this on the phone and wanted to get their opinion on what they'd recommend. Ultimately settling on a stage 1 polish and 5 year coating. I was kept up to date the entire time the car was in, resulting in the final product being a mixture of stage 1 and 2 polish and a 7 year coating. Just to clarify, that wasn't due to upselling but simply due to us discussing the state of the paintwork on various parts of the car. It's safe to say I couldn't believe the difference the polish and coating has made to the body work, it's now incredibly glossy and smooth to the touch. It took a good few minutes before I could pick my jaw up off the floor 😂 I definitely know where I'm going in future.

Highly recommended, Brilliant work from Austen, 3 stage machine polish with ceramic coating, couldn’t be happier with the final result. The car looks brand new and shows real depth to the paintwork. Thanks again Austen really appreciate your attention to detail and getting my car back to showroom condition 👍
