This is a SCAM; avoid. Booked and paid £158 for "4 star" package. On day of booking, which was at 9am on May 22nd, 2025, was informed by email that they were running late and would be there around 1pm. I emailed back to say I would be available at 3pm. This was confirmed. No-one turned up. I called to ask what was happening. Was assured someone would appear by 5pm. No chance, obviously. Refund requested. Repeated emails and phone calls have resulted in a patent refusal to pay. Received three email responses on May 30th, June 9th and July 8th, all promising to refund, with no intention of doing so.

The review is not for the quality of the work, as the clean was good, but for the process. I booked the job on Friday afternoon for Monday late morning to clean 2 cars from 11:30am. No one showed up. They eventually showed up at 2:15pm meaning that there was not time for both the cars booked to be cleaned. They then had to go away and get a product they'd forgotten, further delaying the job by another hour +. I have been chasing the refund for the car that was not cleaned now for over 3 weeks and am continuously fobbed off with it will take a few days (it's PayPal so it's instant). I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card to get the money back. I would not use them again for me or my clients.

I recently had my car fully valeted inside and out, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The attention to detail was incredible every surface was spotless, the seats and carpets looked brand new, and even the hard-to-reach areas were perfectly clean. The exterior came out gleaming, with a beautiful shine that made the car look showroom-ready. The service was professional, punctual, and well worth the price. Highly recommend to anyone looking to bring their car back to life

Excellent work in Oxford and it is like having brand new car. I have high standards with car washing and engine washing. The team worked very hard and delivered an excellent job and will work with them regularly. Highly recommended if you want your car to look and feel brand new again!

Amazing and thorough job from Gagan and his colleague. I had just recently purchased a car that was a few years old. It was in great condition but some swirl marks. I asked Gagan to decontaminate, clay bar, machine polish and ceramic coat the vehicle. He cleaned and treated the interior as well as cleaning the engine bay. He took 5 hours+ to complete the works and the results have left the vehicle practically at factory new standard. The car looks immaculate and I can fully recommend Gagan/Oxford Mobile Valeting. I will be using the team to maintenance wash the car in the future.

Having opted for the 5 star treatment I'm extremely pleased with the result of the valeting from the guys at Oxford Mobile Valeting. The car having spent the last 6 months sitting 6000 miles away on the dock side of a container terminal was pretty grimy and dusty. For a 14 year old car they have managed to bring both the exterior and interior up to standard looking fantastic. The two man team worked extremely hard and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, a happy customer
