Update - 5 mins after posting the review and it being live, the company have called me and a refund has been made. Please avoid this company. Never turned up, requested a refund which wasn't made. Paypal are trying to get the refund and I'll be escalating via the credit card company. I've spoken to the owner trying to arrange the valet and the refund, lots of promises, but it never materialises
