After searching lots of details in Essex I found Offset Detailing. After calling Daryl it was clear to see why he has so many positive reviews. After that first conversation with him, I felt confident that he would be able to assist in a full paint correction and ceramic coating. There was no pressure or a hard sell, just a clear conversation on the options available and clear pricing for each option. Any questions were answered to allow a full understanding and different pricing depending on your budget. I agreed on the option I wanted with Daryl who provided a clear explanation of each stage of the process of work including time-scales, updates and at a convenient time for myself to drop off the vehicle. I dropped of my new to me VW Caddy (15 months old) to him in a condition which was less than ideal and desperately needing some TLC that VW main dealer hadn’t provided. A few days later, with updates throughout the process, I collected a Van that was looked unbelievably better than any showroom standard and a million times better than when I dropped it off. His attitude and attention detail surpasses most business and Daryl provides the quality and level of service that is severely lacking from most businesses but was clearly evident throughout the process and the end result when I picked pick up my Caddy, the paintwork was unbelievable eye popping! The aftercare response from Daryl is also fantastic, such as how to keep you ceramic costing in tip top condition and also, even if you just want to ask him detailing questions, he always takes the time to respond. Any future vehicles that I buy will be going to him to make them protected and better than new car shine !

The third car I have taken to Daryl and we agreed to go a bit mad on this one with a triple ceramic coating. As always a fantastic job -Daryl’s a true detailer that will always get your car looking it’s best. Plenty of options to choose from and no pressure, just lots of good advice.

Had a 2 stage paint correction and ceramic coating applied by Daryl over the last4 days. I am so impressed with the quality of his work and attention to detail. He kept me fully updated at all stages of the work with detailed pictures of the progress being made I will certainly be using his services again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to others Thank you again, you’ve made my 8 year old car look brand new again 👏🏻👏🏻

2nd time I’ve taken a car to Offset Detailing and this time it was my BMW M4 in San Marino Blue. There’s a reason I’ve gone back, the finish is absolutely immaculate, car looks brand new again and Daryl is a pleasure to deal with. Enquired about paint correction and ceramic coating and promptly received an email with various options. Communication was superb. I had originally booked in for December but he managed to get me in earlier. With easily one of the best paint colours, it’s wonderful to see the car looking its best again. Highly recommended.

My first time visiting Offset Detailing but will certainly be back in future. Took the car in for a two stage polish, ceramic coating and leather protection. All the swirl marks are gone, the paint pops like I've never seen before and the car looks better than I could have imagined. Daryl was helpful and kept me updated throughout. Thoroughly recommended.
